中文摘要：	企业危机事件不仅影响企业正常的生产、运营秩序，进而影响企业事业的发展，甚至会威胁企业员工的生命和财产安全。因此，危机管理不仅是政府、社会、企业所要面对的事情，也是企业自身不得不去应对的一个新的课题。本文在此背景下对我国企业管理中危机应对问题进行研究，引入公共危机管理的处理原则及应对方法，基于新的视角分析和总结我国企业危机管理的应对原则和策略。 本文首先介绍选题背景、意义，归纳本文研究的主要内容及所使用的研究方法。之后对本文所涉及的公共危机管理理论进行综述，为后文研究做好理论铺垫。而后，结合我国近年企业危机事件频发的实际情况，提出了我国企业危机管理普遍存在的问题，其后对公共危机中企业应考虑的变量因素进行了阐述。然后，结合案例分析对公共危机管理在企业危机管理中的应用措施进行了分析、总结。最后对全文进行总结，得出结论提出建议。 本文的中心思想主要体现在：将公共关系危机的管理方法引用到企业危机管理中，对企业危机管理应把握的原则，及危机应对应关注的关键点进行了阐述，能够对企业危机管理提供一定的借鉴。
英文摘要：	Enterprise crisis not only affect the normal production and operation order, and then influence the development of enterprises, and even threat to enterprise staff's life and property safety. Therefore, crisis management is not only government, society, enterprises have to face the thing, also is the enterprise itself have to cope with a new topic. In this paper, under the background of the study of crisis in our country enterprise management problems, the introduction of principles of management of public crisis management and deal with method, based on the analysis and summary of new visual Angle to principle and strategy of our country enterprise crisis management. This article first introduced the selected topic background, significance, summarized in this paper, we study the main content and the research methods used. Later in this article summarized involved in public crisis management theory, theory of a good groundwork for the later research. Then, combined with the actual situation of our country enterprise crisis happened frequently in recent years, puts forward the problem of crisis management of enterprises in our country, then the public crisis, enterprise should consider the variable factors are expounded. Then, combined with the case study of public crisis management in the application of enterprise crisis management measures are analyzed and summarized. Finally, summarize the full text, conclusion are proposed. The central idea of this article is mainly reflected in: the public relations crisis management method reference to the enterprise crisis management, crisis management of the enterprise should grasp the principle, and expatiates on crisis should focus on the key point, can provide certain reference to the enterprise crisis management.
