中文摘要：	20世纪下半叶以来，以服务业与服务贸易为主要内容的服务经济迅速崛起，服务业成为发达国家和新兴国家的支柱产业，作为服务业主导的生产性服务业以前所未有的速度高速发展。生产性服务业又称“生产者服务”，是作为其他产品或服务生产的中间投入的服务。生产性服务业是从制造业中分离出来的，并通过自身效率提升及人力资本和知识资本的导入，与制造业互动促进发展。 同时，生产性服务业的战略性资源地位引起了跨国公司的充分重视，外商投资开始向生产性服务业倾斜。由于生产性服务业与制造业的互动作用，生产性服务业外商投资呈现出独特的特点，尤其是与制造业跨国公司的互动投资。在服务业国际产业转移的浪潮下，加上我国加入WTO后对生产性服务业外商投资逐步开放和管理逐渐规范的推动，生产性服务业跨国公司对华投资更加迅猛。在这种环境下，我国如何充分利用制造业的产业转移对生产性服务业产业转移的带动作用，有效承接服务业国际转移，吸引生产性服务业外商直接投资，进而优化国内产业结构，加速产业升级就显得尤为重要。 本文主要是从产业互动的视角探讨了生产性服务业外商投资的方式选择及投资的影响因素。本文首先系统梳理了生产性服务业及其与制造业互动发展的相关研究，界定了生产性服务业的内涵和外延，对其特性、成长动因、发展阶段及其与制造业的互动关系发展进行了探讨，同时也梳理了服务业外商投资的相关理论，为后文做了理论准备。其次，本文探讨了产业互动的机制及这些机制驱动下的生产性服务业外商投资方式；结合生产性服务业的特性提出了生产性服务业外商投资的影响因素模型，并采取我国部分省市的年度截面数据对各影响因素的作用力度和方向进行了实证检验。研究结果认为，人力资本存量、制造业集聚程度和制造业转移水平对生产性服务业外商投资有显著影响。最后，在理论和实证分析的基础上，结合我国生产性服务业外商投资的格局和制约因素分析，给出了我国生产性服务业吸引外商投资的战略性建议，为我国生产性服务业进一步吸引外商投资指明了方向，具有一定的现实指导意义。
英文摘要：	Since the second half of the 20th century, service economy has been developing rapidly, and the service industry becomes to a pillar industry of more and more developed and emerging countries. Production services as the main content of service industry is at an unprecedented pace of rapid development. Production services, as also known as the “producer services”, is intermediate inputs in the production process of the other products or services. Production services is separated from the manufacturing process and interactive developing with manufacturing industry through improving the efficiency of service and input more high leveled human resource as well as advanced knowledge. At the same time, production services have aroused the full attention of multinational companies because of its status of strategic resources, and the foreign investment had begun to tilt to the production services. It is just because of the synergies between production services and manufacture industry that foreign investments in the production services industry showed the unique characteristics, especially the interactive investment with manufacturing multinational companies. In the wave of international service industrial transfer, coupled with controls reduced and management gradually standardized on foreign investment since China's accession to the WTO, foreign investments of production services industry flowing into China are growing much more rapidly. In this situation, it is very important that how to make full use of the leading role of foreign investment of manufacturing industries, to undertake international service industry transfer effectively, and attract much more foreign direct investments in production services, so as to optimize the domestic industrial structure and speed up industrial upgrading. This thesis is research on investment methods as well as the factors which affect foreign investment of production services from the perspective of the interaction between production services industry and manufacturing industry. Firstly, this thesis systematically combed the related research of production services and its interaction with the manufacturing industry, including the concept, characteristics, growth dynamics, and development stages of production services, as well as the development of the interactive relationship. And it also sorted out the theories of foreign investment of the service industry to make theoretical preparations. Secondly, the thesis discussed the interaction mechanism between production services industry and manufacturing industry and the investment methods driven by each mechanism. Then, in conjunction with the characteristics of the production services, this thesis constructed a model of factors affecting foreign investment of production services, and tested the model by stepwise multiple linear regression with the data of some of China's provinces to figure the affecting intensity and direction of the factors. The results show that there are three factors have significant impact on foreign investment of production services, the factors are human resource quality, manufacturing concentration level and the level of manufacturing foreign investment. At last, this thesis analyzed the actual situation and constraints of the attracting foreign investment in production services in our country. Then, it gave out the corresponding strategic advices towards attracting foreign investment in production services. This thesis had pointed out the direction of the further attraction of foreign investment in production services, and has a realistic significance.
