中文摘要:摘 要绩效管理是企业人力资源管理的核心,绩效管理是招聘选拔、培训开发、薪酬管理等模块正常运转的重要保障和依据。如何去组建有效的绩效管理系统,提升员工的绩效,提升组织的绩效,是我国的许多企业正在探索的问题。在我国,许多的企业都将绩效管理混淆于传统的绩效考核,考核指标体系不够科学,缺乏考核的过程辅导,绩效管理与人力资源管理的其他模块不挂钩等,导致企业的绩效管理不能有效的激励人力资源改进组织目标。本文以山西京宇天成科技有限公司(以下简称京宇天成)的绩效管理系统为研究对象,结合京宇天成公司的发展战略和绩效管理的现状,吸纳KPI(Key Performance Indicator,即关键业绩指标)和BSC(Balance Score Card,即平衡计分卡)管理方法,为京宇天成公司建立了一套完善的绩效管理系统,以期在企业绩效管理方面有所飞跃。本文的研究重点有两方面:第一方面是绩效考核的指标体系。以国内KPI绩效管理的应用研究及国外的KPI绩效管理的基本理论为指导,对京宇天成公司的绩效管理的现状进行深入探讨,首先运用KPI绩效管理理论,找出京宇天成的战略目标得以实现的关键因素,形成京宇天成的KPI目标框架,然后将这些策略性的目标和景宇天成公司的相应部门进行匹配,分解得到部门级KPI,再由部门的KPI指标和员工的岗位职责找出员工的KPI指标。第二方面是绩效管理流程,根据企业的实际情况,结合绩效管理的相关理论,设计了山西京宇天成科技有限公司的绩效管理的流程,包括绩效计划、绩效的过程管理、绩效评价和绩效反馈。 
英文摘要:Performance management is the core of enterprise human resources management, performance management is the recruitment selection, training and development, compensation management, and other important guarantee for normal operation of the module and basis. How to set up effective performance management system, improve the performance of employees, improve organizational performance, is a problem of our country's many enterprises are exploring. In our country, many enterprises will be performance management confusion to the traditional performance appraisal, the appraisal index system is not scientific, the lack of evaluation process of coaching, performance management and human resources management of other modules not hook, etc., lead to enterprise performance management cannot effectively motivate employees, to help employees improve work performance, improve enterprise competitive advantage. This paper, taking Shanxi Jingyutiancheng Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Jingyutiancheng) of the Performance management system as the research object, combined with Jingyutiancheng company's development strategy and the present situation of the Performance management, absorb the KPI (Key Performance Indicators) and BSC (Balance Score Card, the balanced scorecard) management methods, to Jingyutiancheng company established a set of perfect Performance management system, in order to a leap in the enterprise Performance management. This paper focuses on two aspects: the first on the one hand is performance appraisal index system. With the application of KPI performance management research and foreign KPI performance management theory as the instruction, to Jingyutiancheng company performance management status quo, in-depth studies are first KPI performance management theory, find out the Jingyutiancheng day becomes the key to the implementation of the strategic objective factors, form Jingyutiancheng KPI target framework, then these strategic goals and the corresponding departments of Jingyutiancheng company matching, decomposed departmental kepis, again by department kepis and employee's responsibility to identify the staff's KPI. The second aspect is the performance management process, according to the actual situation of enterprises, combining with the related theory of performance management, the design of Jingyutiancheng technology co., LTD., Shanxi Province, the performance management process, including the process of performance plans, performance management, performance evaluation and performance feedback loop.
