| 中文摘要: | 企业最核心的竞争力是文化的竞争力。一个优秀的企业要达到国际一流,具有强大竞争优势,就必须具有强大的文化优势。 泰安航天特种车有限公司作为一家传统的国有企业,其过去的企业文化不适应于市场竞争发展,导致公司深陷发展困境。公司新的经营班子逐渐探索、建立起一套新的企业文化,指引公司走出了困境,并开始着手建设国际一流的特种车企业。 论文通过介绍公司的历史沿革与企业文化存在的问题,并对公司行业独特性进行分析,了解了开展企业文化建设的背景与必要性;新企业文化的形成过程、主要内容及其解说、要求是论文的主体与核心内容,新企业文化分为适用于公司全员的精神、理念层次的“价值观文化”,和适用于不同管理层次、不同业务领域工作指导的“行为文化”;为推行新企业文化,公司广泛开展了新企业文化的宣传工作,并制定了相应的制度规范,提供了纪律保障;通过企业文化建设,公司形成了强大的发展凝聚力和良好的企业作风,经营业绩与社会声誉实现了显著提升。 通过建设一套为企业战略规划制定、企业经营、管理提供保障和服务的企业文化,支撑了泰安航天特种车有限公司提升竞争力,有利于最终将公司建设成为规模过百亿元的国际一流特种车企业。 | |
| 英文摘要: | The core competitiveness of a corporation is the competitiveness of its culture. If an excellent corporation wants to achieve world-class, and become a corporation with strong competitive advantage, it must have a strong cultural advantage. Taian Aerospace Special Vehicle Co., Ltd. is a conventional state-owned business. Its bygone Corporate Culture wasn’t fit for development of market competition, and made the company into the development dilemma. The new management team began to explore and found a new Corporate Culture system which directed the company out of dilemma and helped the company begin to become a world-class special vehicle corporation. This thesis reveals the background and necessity of the implementation of the corporate culture’s establishment, by introducing the corporation’s history and problems of corporate culture, and analyzing the uniqueness of the corporation’s industry. The new corporate culture’s formation process, main content, explanation and requirement are the core and body of this thesis. The new corporate culture includes value culture and working culture. Value culture, which is applied to the staff of the corporation, is a kind of spirit and concept culture. Working culture, which is applied to different management levels and different operation regions, is a kind of working guiding culture. In order to implement the new corporate culture, the corporation publicized the new corporate culture widely, and developed the corresponding rules and criterions which provided discipline guarantee. By implementing the new corporate culture, the corporation formed a strong development cohesion and a favorable corporate ethos, the corporation’s operating results and reputation of the community were significantly improved, too. The corporate culture is applied to constitute the corporation’s strategic planning, business operation and business management. It enhances the competitiveness of Taian Aerospace Special Vehicle Co., Ltd., and is propitious to make the corporation become a world-class special vehicle corporation which makes ten billion sale every year. | |
