| 中文摘要: | 茶作为中国农业特色及文化传承的重要经济作物,具有极大的社会价值与经济意义。在国家继续加大对农业产业扶持力度的大背景下,2010年中国茶产业发展受到茶区各级地方政府的高度关注和大力推动,持续了良好的发展态势,并在产业的深入挖掘与横向扩展及整体竞争力提升方面获得了长足的进步。在中国茶产业走势良好的宏观情势下,仍然存在着诸多困扰与制约因素。其中较为突出的是随着茶叶生产能力的喷发,茶叶原料供给将呈现供大于求的格局,对茶产业的纵深化发展和横向拓展提出了更高的要求,而小和散的传统茶叶经营组织格局很显然已经不适应市场形势的要求,提高中国茶产业组织化程度仍将是今后较长时期的目标与任务。论文首先分析了我国茶叶生产与消费需求状况。总体而言,中国茶叶生产持续升温,种植面积与产量逐年增长,且各主产茶区绿色、有机茶园,低碳茶园以及标准化茶园的建设日益得到重视。消费方面,中国茶叶消费稳中有升,各茶类价格均略有提高,茶类消费趋向多元化。同时茶叶对外贸易保持质升价提的态势。从茶业产业链的拓展看,近年来茶产业从第一产业(茶叶生产)向第二产业(茶饮料、茶叶深加工)和第三产业(茶文化、茶旅游、茶艺、茶馆) 延伸扩展的趋势越来越明显。论文关注新形势下中国茶产业发展的纵深问题与产业横向拓展问题,并注重结合茶业发展的实际案例探寻中国茶业转型升级的路径和方法。亦即站在新市场情景下全面分析中国茶产业的现代化适应问题,把脉市场,努力探寻茶产业的现代商业化改造之路。本文认为,“十二五”期间,中国茶产业要加快转型升级,既需要茶农和茶企业的不懈努力,也需要政府从科技支撑、标准化建设、品牌体系建设、完善延伸产业链、专业合作组织和龙头企业建设、市场化建设、茶文化产业发展、产业发展宏观调控等方面提供有力的政策保障。在此背景下,本文的研究将为茶产业的可持续发展作出重要的参考贡献。 | |
| 英文摘要: | As an important cash crop in China, tea has distinct Chinese agricultural feature and makes great contribution in cultural heritage, social as well as economic development. Given the background that our country has been supporting agricultural industry with more effort, tea industry has adsorbed great attention from local government of different levels and been promoted to a new environment. Meanwhile tea industry has made significant expansion in both vertical and horizontal direction, and enhanced competitive power as a whole. Though macro-environment has given us lots of superiorities, limitations and obsessions have also prevented tea industry from developing further and faster. One of the most obvious obstacles is that along with the rapid development of tea productivity, raw materials are over supplied, which claims higher requirement for the vertical and horizontal development of tea industry. However, traditional small and separate organization pattern can not adapt this new market trend anymore. Therefore, the promotion of organization degree is the main goal and mission of China’s tea industry in a long period. Firstly, this thesis has analyzed the production and consumption condition of tea industry in China. Generally speaking, China’s tea production keeps warming up. Planting area and output have increased year by year, and tea plantations concerning environment friendly, organic, low-carbon and standardized have been received much more attention. In the aspect of consumption, the consumption quantity and market price of Chinese tea have been increasing gradually. Diversification consumption pattern has showed up. Furthermore, both quality and price of Chinese tea have been rising in foreign trade market. When comes to the expansion of industry chain, obviously, tea industry has expanded from the primary industry (tea plantation) to the secondary industry (tea drinks and deep processing of tea leaves) as well as the service sector (tea culture, tea tourism, tea house and tea ceremony) successfully. Paying great attention on problems concerning vertical and horizontal development of China’s tea industry, this thesis has explored ways and methods of tea industry transformation by drawing on the practical experiences of tea industry case. From the viewpoint of brand new market circumstances, modernization adaptive problems of China’s tea industry have been studied and analyzed in this thesis so as to grasp the market and explore modern commercialization ways of tea industry. It is suggested that, in order to accelerate china’s tea industry transformation, during the 12th Five-Year Plan, efforts of both tea grower and tea enterprises are needed on one hand, governments must provide policy resources in terms of technology support, standardized construction, brand system operation, industry chain expansion, professional cooperation, macroeconomic control and development of leading companies, tea market and tea culture industry on the other. To this point, this thesis will be an important reference concerning the sustainable development of tea industry of China. | |
