| 中文摘要: | 家族企业在社会经济的发展中扮演着重要的角色,它是世界范围内普遍存在的一种企业组织形态。他们在盘活经济和促进就业等方面发挥着十分重要的作用。现如今大量的事实表明,权力的传承已成为关系到家族企业持续发展甚至是生死存亡的问题。我国第一代创业者由于年龄以及身体健康等原因,选择陆续退出企业的经营管理舞台,并开始考虑家族企业的传承问题,随之迎来了家族企业传承和接班的时代。因此,如何引导家族企业实现权利的平稳传承就具有相当的理论和现实意义。 本文首先在研究综述部分介绍了家族企业的相关理论以及传承概述,之后通过分析具有代表性的家族企业传承案例,并借鉴国外有关家族企业传承过程中的理论观点和传承模式,总结出一般家族企业在传承过程中所面临的问题及其解决之道。通过对国内外家族企业的对比,归纳了家族企业在权力传承时的一些模式和可借鉴的经验。 随后介绍了MJ家族企业的基本情况,并对MJ家族企业在传承过程中遇到的问题进行了归纳和分析。之后结合国内外家族企业的传承经验和成功模式,来为本文的研究对象MJ家族企业在传承过程中出现的问题提供相关的理论依据和解决方案。 希望本文提出的解决方案能为MJ公司带来一些启示和帮助,使该家族企业的接班制度和传承过程得到科学合理的规范和指引,令其在未来能够持续和健康的发展。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Family business which is a worldwide enterprise organization form plays an important role in the social development. Family businesses are truly pivotal in our country’s economy and employment. However, it has been proved by lots of facts that the power transition has become a crucial point in the development of family businesses. After entering into the 21st century, the first generation of Chinese entrepreneurs has exited the enterprise's management successively and begins to consider power transition problem of the family enterprise because of their limited life span and the healthy problems. Therefore, Chinese family businesses have ushered in the era of inheritance and succession. The reasonable power transition patterns for family businesses will be submitted. This paper will introduce the foreign and domestic scholars’ viewpoints, summarize the experiences and models of power transition through studying and analyzing the case of family enterprises at home and abroad. And then the introduction and problems of power transition for MJ Company will be stated and analyzed. In order to put forward the rational succession models for MJ Company, some solutions will be summarized from the experiences and models of power transition in studying and analyzing the case of family enterprises from home and abroad. It is hoped that the solutions mentioned in this paper could provide some helps for the power succession in MJ Company, and make the transition system and process reasonably. Therefore, MJ Company could have healthy and sustainable development in the future. | |
