中文摘要：	往日的民营经济名城、制造业之都 ─ 温州，自2011年以来遭遇了异常的剧痛！众多中小企业运行困难，老板出逃，企业相继破产。在经历2008年国际金融危机之后，温州的劳动密集型企业目前都面临利润微薄甚至无利可图的困局，温州的经济增速近几年已连续下滑，2012年度GDP增长在浙江地级市倒数第一。值得深思的是：是什么原因造成了温州经济如今的窘境?温州企业该如何走出困境，先求生存，再谋发展?外部经营环境的改变、民间融资的先天性缺陷、家族企业的粗放型管理、企业资本过度投机等因素的叠加造成了目下的这种困局。　　基于这种种问题，本文认为温州民营企业在巩固原有经济基础的同时，必须变革创新、转型升级，才能重整旗鼓、东山再起！　　我国经济产业正努力从“中国制造”到“中国创造”的转变，中国的经济结构也正在慢慢转向“创新、绿色、环保”的新理念、新方向。为了顺应市场的发展变化，国家已清新地释放出要求企业转型升级的信号。在后危机时代，温州企业如何才能实现经济产业的转型升级，这是摆在政府和企业管理者面前的一道大考题。 本论文由六章构成。分别是：第一章，绪论；第二章，相关理论与文献回顾；第三章，温州民营企业的发展历程；第四章，温州民营企业的成长瓶颈；第五章，温州民营企业的转型对策；第六章，研究结论与展望。 关键词：温州民企 发展瓶颈 金融改革 转型升级
英文摘要：	Wenzhou - the city that was renowned for its private sector economy and its fast growth manufacture industry. In 2011, many weak small to medium-sized enterprises faced strong headwinds: the rash of bankruptcies and partial business shutdowns. Since the financial turmoil in 2008, Wenzhou stepped into a downward slope. Most of the labour intensive enterprises had to operate with small profit or even no profit; slowing economy growth continued for years; became the least GDP growth regional level city of Zhejiang province in 2012. What was happened back then brought Wenzhou into such situation? How enterprises help themselves out of the tragic situation? Things worth us deeply ponder on are going to be pictured within this dissertation. Changing of overseas economy, the defects came with the birth of private financial system, the extensive management of family-owned enterprise. 　　　large proportion of speculative capital of the enterprise. Since any of the above could cause the current dilemma, this dissertation believes that only renovation, reform and structure adjustment could help Wenzhou reviving. 　　　China's economy from the industry is trying to "Made in China" to "Created in China" transformation,China's economic structure is slowly turning "innovative, green, environmental" new ideas, new directions.In order to adapt to changes in market development, the state has required a fresh release of corporate restructuring and upgrading signals.In the post-crisis era,How Wenzhou enterprises to achieve economic transformation and upgrading of industrial,it is placed in front of a government and big business managers exam. 　　　There are six chapters within the thesis: 　Chapter 1: Introduction 　Chapter 2: Theories and literatures 　Chapter 3: History of Wenzhou enterprise 　Chapter 4: The obstacles of the enterprises 　Chapter 5: Future direction of Wenzhou enterprise 　Chapter 6: Conclusions and forecast 　Keyword: Wenzhou Enterprise, Bottlenecks in Development, Financial Reform, Structure adjustment.
