| 中文摘要: | 当前建筑市场的竞争加剧使得企业间的竞争日益转向了制度竞争和管理竞争,目前进度管理水平的高低是施工企业管理水平高低的重要体现,也是保证施工项目顺利履约,减少材料成本,获得经济效益的重要保障。目前许多建筑企业己认识到进度控制的重要性,但是仍存在着管理制度的不规范,特别是进度管理与控制措施缺乏针对性、科学性和统一性等诸多问题。因而就需要针对不同类型项目进度管理的差异及特殊性,深入厘清进度管理的影响因素,借鉴国内外先进的经验和做法制定相关的策略和政策,为进一步提高企业进度管理的效率,实现利润最大化提供相关的政策建议。 论文首先在国内外相关理论的基础上,系统回顾了进度管理的指标体系及优化设计,对比了不同类型项目进度管理的差异性。接着结合天津总承包公司施工项目进度管理的现状,分析了施工项目进度施工项目实施进度管理的重要性,归纳了影响进度管理的一般性因素以及进度控制的要点。进一步地,本文分别从政府征地拆迁、项目融资模式及施工组织内部管理等三个层面,分三章系统剖析了施工项目进度管理的特殊影响因素。第三章为基于政府征拆的公司施工项目进度管理,主要分析了政府主导拆迁的必然性和利益相关方,并以天津滨海新区塘汉快速路永定新河特大桥工程建设为例,从进度控制、费用控制及两者协调方面,分析了公司针对政府征拆的项目进度安排,并提出了相应政策建议。第四章为基于资金筹措的公司施工项目的进度管理,在系统介绍目前工程项目中涉及的常见项目融资方式后,系统论述了基于BT项目融资方式项下施工项目进度的影响因素以及风险控制,并以杭州萧山临浦改扩建BT工程模式为例,就项目进度保证的组织措施、管理措施和经济措施进行逐一分析。第五章为公司施工项目进度的内部组织管理,通过系统分析施工项目进度设计过程中内部组织管理中的人员配备与组织保障,及施工项目进度实施过程中的内部组织管理与控制,为强化施工企业项目进度管理提供相关管理经验与建议。 | |
| 英文摘要: | With increased competition in construction market, enterprises increasingly turned to the system competition and management competition. At present, the progress management level has become one of the important comprehensive index to measure the management level of construction enterprises and it is also the important guaranty to ensure the construction project performance, cost reduction and economic benefits. Now many construction companies have realized the importance of schedule control, however, there are still many other problems such as the unsound management system, lacking of scientificity and unity between schedule management and control measures. Therefore we need to analyze the differences and particularities between different types of project schedule management. We should clarify the factors that influence the schedule management, take advanced experience and practice at home and abroad for reference and formulate relevant strategies and policies. Then we can provide some relevant policy suggestions for schedule management efficiency improvement and profits maximization. This paper systematically reviewed the system of schedule management index and optimization design on the basis of relevant theories. We compared different types of project schedule management and summed up the general factors influencing the schedule management from aspects of stakeholders, capital operation, and entrainment of schedule, cost and quality, combined with the project progress management situation of Tianjin general contracting company. What’s more, we analyzed the special factors affecting the construction project progress management from three aspects: requisition of the government, financing mode of project and construction organization’s internal management. On the basis of experience reference in case study, we made relevant strategies and policy suggestions. | |
