| 中文摘要: | 为提高王朝公司的自主创新能力,提高我国葡萄酒业的研发能力,促进我国葡萄酒业的发展,满足国内外葡萄酒市场的需求,本论文结合国家级企业技术中心创新能力建设项目,建设王朝公司技术创新平台。结合王朝公司技术创新平台,对技术创新能力进行合理有效地技术管理和应用,进行技术创新研究开发工作,并研究制定了王朝公司创新能力技术管理保障措施。加强了王朝公司创新能力,促进企业科技水平的整体提升。本论文结合王朝公司科技创新平台建设,建立了葡萄酒品控实验中心、葡萄酒风味物质及功能因子分析实验室和葡萄酒酿造试验室,使企业在菌种选育、酿造技术方面的创新基础设施达到国际水平。并对科技创新能力进行合理有效地技术管理和应用,进行科技创新研究开发工作。依靠技术创新平台建设,在产学研合作方面,与各大学院校、科研院所进行技术合作,在葡萄种植、葡萄酒酿造、生物工程、机械等多个领域进行合作研究;在新产品、新技术开发方面,开发出高档干化葡萄酒、梅鹿辄单品种高档葡萄酒、冰葡萄酒、低醇起泡葡萄酒等。结合王朝公司技术创新平台,本论文研究制定出了全方位的科技创新管理体系和制度,制定了总体管理方针,建立了“以市场为根本、以科技开发为依托”的技术创新体系,建立了科技创新激励机制,制定与调整了企业技术创新战略;在原料、工艺技术、设备的改进创新方面,建立了三位一体的科技创新机制;为形成企业技术核心,提高整体科研水平,形成了多层次的研究开发体系;建立了科技创新人才的吸引、培养、管理和科研项目的管理体系制度。形成了一整套独具“王朝”特色的科技创新管理方法,为王朝公司科技创新能力提供了制度保障。 | |
| 英文摘要: | In order to improve the independent innovation capability of Dynasty company, increase research and development abilities of researchers in wine industry of China, enhance the development of wine industry in China, meet the demands of wine markets all the over the world, a technological innovation platform was set up in Dynasty company combined with a innovation capability construction project of national-level technique center. On this basis, technique innovation capability was managed effectively and applied reasonably, and research and development activities on technique innovation were carried out, guarantee measurements on technique innovation management were confirmed, which strengthened innovation capacity of Dynasty company and promote advancement of the whole enterprise technology level. In this program, a quality and control center for wine was set up, an analysis lab for determining flavor compounds and functional factors in wine and a wine brewing chamber were founded, which has reached a international level in strain screening and brewing techniques. Relying on the technological innovation platform, various cooperations with different universities and scientific research institutes were performed in areas of grape breeding, wine brewing, bio-engineering and wine equipments. At the same time, new products such as high quality straw wine, high quality merlot wine (single variety), ice wine and low alcohol sparkling wine were developed. Based on the platform, a full range of technology innovation management system, and overall management policies were established. A new technological innovation system framework “Take the market as the fundamental, take the development as the support” was established. At the mean time ,a technological innovation motivation mechanism was presented, technological innovation strategies was built up and adjusted, and a new mechanism on improvement and innovation of raw materials, techniques and equipments trinity were formed. So far, not only a multilayer research-develop system for improving enterprise technology level are established, but also management system and policies for attracting, training and managing persons with ability and projects come into being. A complete set of “Dynasty” characteristics technological innovation management ways have been shaped, which provided system guarantee for technological innovation in Dynasty company. | |
