中文摘要：	私募股权投资基金在近年来在我国市场非常活跃，越来越多的创业者、投资者将其作为重要的金融工具，现在私募股权投资基金已经成为我国多层次资本市场的重要组成部分。党的十八大报告在论述加快完善社会主义市场经济体制和加快转变经济发展方式时明确提出，要实施创新驱动发展战略，而私募股权投资基金行业的健康快速发展，对支持我国创新创业、助推高科技和高成长中小企业发展、对我国实现产业升级和经济结构转型优化、对我国资本资源有效配置及建立多元化、多层次的资本市场体系都具有十分重要的作用。但总体上说，目前我国私募股权投资基金行业还处于发展初期阶段，还有着许多不足和需要完善之处，尤其是在这几年我国股市一直处于低位盘整期，我国私募股权投资基金开始暴露出很多问题，甚至被认为是“未老先衰”。因此，对我国私募股权投资基金的发展策略进行研究有着十分重要的理论意义和实践意义。本论文通过阐述私募股权投资基金在我国的发展特点，针对我国私募股权投资基金发展中存在着的基金来源狭窄，盈利模式单一、合格的从业人才和管理机构严重不足、以及法律监管体系不完善等问题，借签发达国家私募股权基金的先进经验，相应地提出、基金来源应偏向机构化，投资重心多元化、拓宽基金退出渠道、提升基金管理机构专业化水平、完善相关法律监管体系等相关应对策略。
英文摘要：	Private equity investment funds in China's market is very active in recent years, more entrepreneurs and investors see it as an important financial tool to use, now private equity investment funds have become an important part of the multi-level capital market in china. The communist party's 18th national congress report put forward clearly should start to implement innovation drive development strategy on the discussion of accelerating the improvement of the socialist market economic system and the transformation of economic development mode . The rapid and healthy development of private equity investment fund industry plays a very important role not only to support innovation, boost high-tech and high growth small and medium-sized enterprise development; but also to achieve industrial upgrading and transformation of economic structure optimization, even in the effective allocation of capital resources in China and to establish a diversified, multi-level capital market system. In generally, the current private equity investment fund industry is still in the early stages of development, there are many imperfections. Especially China's stock market has continue at low consolidation period in recent years, private equity funds in China began exposed many problems, and even considered as "prematurely senile". Therefore, research on the development strategy of China's private equity investment fund has very important theoretical and practical significance. This paper discusses the development of private equity investment fund in China, according to problems of the development of China's private equity investment funds such as narrow source of fund, single profit model, short of qualified professional personnel and management mechanism, and imperfect legal supervision system, this paper learn from advanced experience of developed country’s private equity investment fund to presents the source of the fund should be biased towards the organization, the focus of investment should be diversification, the withdraw channel of fund should be expanded, professional level of fund management institutions should be enhanced , the relevant legal and regulatory system should be improved and so on.
