中文摘要:摘 要我国的现代酒店业是中国改革开放后较早引进西方管理理念和运营经验的行业之一,经过近三十年的发展,这一行业在国内虽日渐成熟,但总体发展仍停留在单体酒店独立竞争运营阶段。随着中国经济区域化的深入发展,国际品牌联号经营酒店在稳步占领京津及东南沿海一线城市市场份额后,又将目光投向了潜力更大的中国内陆二、三线城市。面对国情、省情、市情,太原并州饭店作为国有政府公务型酒店却由于硬件设施老化、管理体制落后及三星级酒店的现状已不能适应市场需求。本文通过对科学管理理论的学习、结合并州饭店政府公务型酒店的现实状况,分析酒店业在国内和太原市内的发展动向,并运用SWOT态势分析方法从优势、弱势、危胁、机遇等方面探讨并州饭店进行三星升五星的改制改造的市场可行性。明确了饭店星级提升战略的核心为五星级酒店建设。针对饭店建设五星级酒店的战略构想,从并州饭店现存的体制、改造的资金、未来的经营管理等问题提出产权制度改革、硬件建设的人文要求、管理技术的提升渠道、人力资源的激励以及饭店企业文化的传承与创新等具体思路。在相关理论和数据的支撑下,笔者认为太原并州饭店选择升级五星级酒店有其必然性、可行性和紧迫性。在确定三星升五星的提升战略思路的同时,面对国内内陆酒店业将再次迎来大发展的这一历史契机,规划了并州饭店不仅要尽快执行升级五星级的战略,而且要从行业集群化、关联产业集团化等方面寻求政府公务型宾馆中小型酒店集团化的突破口的发展路线图。

The core of hotel promotion strategy for the construction of five-star hotel. For strategic plan of five-star hotels, hotel construction BingZhou hotel from the existing system, the transformation of the funds, the future of management and other issues on the reform of property right system, the hardware construction of humanities requirement, management, technology promotion channels, the development of human resources and specific way hotel inheritance and innovation of enterprise culture and so on.
