| 中文摘要: | 随着社会竞争的日益加剧,企业之间的竞争也日趋激烈,而员工面临的压力就越来越大,特别是航天高科技企业具有风险高、责任大、要求严的特点,员工的身心健康更容易受到伤害,更容易产生心理疾病。因此,对员工实施心理健康管理,缓解员工心理压力,保障员工队伍健康稳定,是提高企业管理的科学性、人文性和实效性的有效方法。本文以中国运载火箭技术研究院北京强度环境研究所为研究对象,通过对员工心理健康状况进行调查,应用心理管理、员工心理健康管理等相关理论,对影响员工心理健康的因素以及对企业造成的影响,进行分析与探讨,针对调查中存在的主要问题,对如何在航天企业中进行员工心理健康管理进行了研究与探讨。结合航天企业管理的实际,提出了员工心理健康管理对策。即员工心理健康管理的普及性宣传、心理状况调查、体系化培训、个体咨询与治疗、效果评估五个实施步骤;由心理监测与预警、压力诊断与管理、员工成长与促进、问题解决与帮扶、效果评价与检测六个子体系构成的管理系统;以及思想认可、组织保障、保密原则、经费保证的四项保障措施。希望对其它军工企业乃至大中型国有企业有一定的借鉴作用。 | |
| 英文摘要: | With the increasing social competition, the competition among enterprises is getting fiercer, and employees have to face more pressure. Employees are more vulnerable to be hurt in both physical and mental health and easier to have mental disease especially in aerospace high-tech enterprise with the characteristics of high risk and responsibility. Therefore,to implement the mental health management, relieve employees’ psychological stress, and protect the healthy and stable workforce are effective ways to improve the scientificity, humanity, and effectiveness of corporate management. This paper, based on the study of China Academy of Launch Vehicle Technology Beijing Institute of Structure& Environment Engineering, analyzed and explored the reasons that influence employees’ mental heath and impacts to the enterprise through an investigation of the mental health status of employees and application of the mental management and employees’ mental health management theories. The main problem in the survey which is how to do the mental health management in aerospace enterprises was also studied and discussed. proposed the management model of employees’ mental health in aerospace high-tech enterprise through the mental health survey and analysis of employees in China Academy of Launch Vehicle Technology Beijing Institute of Structure & Environment Engineering and study of the advanced concepts and operational processes around the world. Also, we advanced a four-level operational mode of publicity of employees’ mental health management, investigation of mental condition, systematic training, and individual counseling and therapy; a management system with six subsystem of mental detection and warning, stress diagnosis and management, career plan and management, healthy improvement and growth, crisis intervention and rehabilitation, and result feedback and evaluation; and four safeguard mechanisms which by establishing the knowledge propaganda mechanism, identification mechanism, problem-solving mechanism, and job security mechanism. I hope this could play the reference role to other military enterprises and large and medium-sized stated-owned enterprise. | |
