| 中文摘要: | 近几年,我国的石油化工行业得到了蓬勃的发展。由于改革开放后几年建设的化工设备使用年限的到期、技术变革、技术创新等原因需要改建或扩建新的设备,当前,许多石油化工设备走上开发建设期。“十二五”期间,随着发展的深入,相关单位不断加大投入对石油化工设备设施的更新调整。本文拟结合丙烯腈设备制造项目对项目的进度管理进行探究,给即将大规模石油化工设备改造的后续项目实施提供借鉴。 传统项目进度计划方法仅考虑时间约束关系的因素,其关键链是最少的工作包或浮动时差为零,从而使项目进度的延期在项目进度实施不断出现。关键链技术方法的提出,为我们提供了一个好的解决此类问题的方法,该方法是在约束理论(TOC)的基础上发展起来的,他从整体性考虑项目进度管理办法,具有系统性,同时,将项目人员的心理因素和项目资源约束因素同时考虑,采用在关键链中设置缓冲区,以便时刻对项目进度进行监控和优化。 本文结合国内外相关研究和文献,找出丙烯腈设备制造项目进度与计划管理问题所在,分析了丙烯腈设备制造项目的现状。通过导入关键链技术,对石油化工设备进度管理中遇到的工序关系复杂、工期不确定的问题得到较好的解决,同时通过引入缓冲管理机制,解决进度计划的管理问题。事实表明,丙烯腈设备制造项目通过关键链技术对项目进度计划管理中有好应用效果。最后,针对其他化工设备制造项目采用关键链技术进行项目进度计划管理进行了总结与启发。 | |
| 英文摘要: | In recent years, China's petrochemical industry has been vigorous development. For the built chemical plant in China's reform and opening up, because of the useful life of the maturity, technological change, technological innovation and other reasons need alteration or extension of new devices. Currently, There are many petrochemical equipment into the development and construction phase. With the development of in-depth, Related chemical companies will continue to increase investment for petrochemical equipment updates adjustments. In this paper will be bound acrylonitrile equipment manufacture project to study the project schedule management. For the upcoming the large-scale follow project of petrochemical equipment development and construction to provide reference .The traditional project scheduling considering only considers the time constraint factor ,The critical chain is the least work package or float zero, So that the project schedule delay constantly happening in the project schedule management. Critical chain method provides us with a good way to solve such problems, The method in the theory of constraints ( TOC ) on the basis of the system, It is for the progress of the project management method from a integrity consideration , also has a systematic, Meanwhile, the project the resource restriction and project staff’ psychological factors are o considered together. Used to set the buffer in critical chain, in order to keep the project schedule monitoring and optimization. In this paper, combined with domestic and foreign relevant research and literature,find the acrylonitrile equipment manufacture project schedule management problem, analyzes the current situation of acrylonitrile equipment expansion projects。By importing the critical chain technology, progress of petrochemical equipment management in the process of the complex relationship, period of uncertain problems are good solve, by introducing the buffer management mechanism at the same time, solve the management problems of schedule. The facts show that Acrylonitrile equipment manufacture project by critical chain technology have good application effect in project schedule management. Finally, according to other chemical equipment manufacturing project critical chain technology is adopted to improve the project schedule management has carried on the summary and inspiration. | |
