中文摘要：	医院是一个特殊的公共建筑场所，主要为患者提供治疗和康复的环境,它与生命的诞生、延续、挽救紧密联系，不可分割；病人是一类有着特殊生理与心理需求的服务对象，他们除了追求舒适之外，心理较为脆弱，对环境更加敏感，有很强的依赖性和反射性。要使医院成为真正关爱生命的场所，不仅是依靠医生高超的医术和医院精良的设备，还要注重医院建筑的设计管理，好的环境对患者的康复无疑将会发挥积极作用。一个现代化医院的建筑设计管理是由多方面体现的，如何在医院建设的规划设计中，创造吸引人的公共空间，并使内部流线分明，流程合理，交通宽畅，人流、物流和信息流“各行其道”而又互通互融，体现以病人为中心的温馨、方便、快捷的建筑环境，如何努力降低成本费用等已成为现代医院追求的目标。简言之，绿色是现在和未来医院建筑设计管理的发展趋势,而低碳化和人文化是绿色医院建筑的核心体现,因此低碳理念和人本理念应贯穿于医院建筑设计管理的始终。 论文以绿色医院建筑两上核心要素“低碳化”和“人文化”为切入点，对医院建筑设计管理进行了深入分析与研究。首先阐述了“低碳化”和“人文化”理念的定义及提出的意义，为医院建筑设计管理研究提供理论指导；其次分析了医院建筑设计管理的现状，归纳总结了医院建筑设计管理的主要特点、存在问题、发展趋势；再次针对医院建筑设计管理中的问题与发展趋势，着重从“低碳化”和“人文化”出发，分析阐述了医院建筑设计管理的方法措施。其中，在低碳化研究中，从设计环节、材料选购、施工管理、更新改造四个方面进行了深入分析研究；在人文化研究中，从病房布局设计使用，色彩、采光、节能设计，以及安全管理及疏散设施设计三个方面进行了分析研究。 本文对医院建筑设计管理方面的低碳化和人文化进行了粗浅研究，但针对医院建筑设计管理的内容、形式方面的讨论还尚有局限。本文认为，随着时代发展、人们观念的变化，要充分考虑到患者差异性诉求。未来对医院建筑设计管理应该是真正做到以“花园式医院、人性化服务、家庭化病房”来满足广大人民群众基本的医疗服务需求。只有人人都树立人性化、低碳化的服务管理理念，医院才能够与患者协调好各种关系，才能达到患者与医院、人与环境的和谐，为医院创造一个良好的生存与发展空间，为医院的持续发展提供支撑。
英文摘要：	Hospital is a special site differs from other public buildings, it is closely associated with emergence and continuity of life, save, indivisible; with special physiological and psychological needs of patients is a kind of clientele, who are eager to return to normal, healthy living, more sensitive to the environment. To truly care for life in hospital sites, not only rely on the doctor's superb medical skill and sophisticated equipment in hospitals, but also pay attention to design of hospital buildings. A modern hospital design is a reflection by a multi-disciplinary, how in the planning and design of hospital construction, high efficiency, fast pace, creating attractive public spaces and distinct internal flow lines, transport spacious, reflects patient-centered built environment of warmth, convenience and how efforts to reduce costs, have been pursuing the goal of modern hospital. In short, low-carbon ideas and people-oriented ideas throughout the hospital design from start to finish. Papers with "low carbon" and "culture" as the breakthrough point, for hospital management conducted an in-depth analysis of architectural design and research. First described has "low carbide" and "people culture" concept of defines, and made and meaning, for hospital architectural design management research provides guide; second analysis has hospital architectural design management of status, antibody summary has hospital architectural design management of main features, and exists problem, and development trend; again for hospital architectural design management in the of problem and development trend, focuses on from "low carbide" and "people culture" departure, analysis described has hospital architectural design management of method measures. Among them, the low carbon research, from design, material purchase, construction management, renovation and reconstruction of four conducted an in-depth analysis in the study of human culture, from Ward design used, colors, lighting, energy efficient design, and security management and evacuation facility designed three areas were studied. This article on hospital architectural design management to human nature and low carbon research, targeting content, form aspects of hospital design management discussions are also limited. This paper argues that the full pledged themselves to take into account differences in patients ' cultural backgrounds, different social customs, economic ability to pay and the different personal preferences to provide matching services. Future management of hospital design is truly "garden-like wards of hospitals, human services, family" to meet the people's basic medical needs. Only everyone build up the ideas of humane, family-oriented services, hospitals will be able to coordinate the relationships with the patient, creating a good living and development space for the hospital.
