| 中文摘要: | 香精香料行业是我国重要的新兴行业之一,是生产轻工业加香产品重要的原材料的行业。香精香料行业对我国的国民经济有着越来越重要的作用,中国经济的不断崛起已使香精香料成为国民经济体系不可分割的一部分。随着全世界各国消费水平的不断提升,消费者对日用品的品质提出了越来越高的要求,这些都加快了世界香精香料行业的发展。 随着中国加入世界贸易组织(WTO),中国越来越多的民营企业开始走出国门,参与到国际化竞争的大浪潮中。而我国作为世界上香精香料生产大国,在全球香精香料市场需求保持着持续增长的势头下,中国香精香料企业正在积极走出国门,迈向世界。双马香精香料新技术有限公司是在天津成立的一家较早开始生产香精香料产品的民营企业,其产品被广泛应用到化妆品、洗涤用品、熏香产品之中。随着公司生产规模日益扩大,企业已经开始逐步寻求国际化发展战略。在经济全球化浪潮下,为了公司未来的长远发展、增加公司的生命力,双马香精香料新技术有限公司的国际化发展是当今经济背景下的必由之路。虽然“双马”的国际化发展道路刚刚开始,尚有一段很长的路要走,需要完善的地方还很多。但“双马”会在未来的 3-5 年中不断提升自己的国际经营管理能力,提高自身的科技水平,培养国际化经营的先进人才,管控可能出现的各种风险,最终完成企业国际化经营的梦想。目前,“双马”已经在东南亚、南亚、中东和非洲等国家和地区建立了分销商和销售点。本文首先介绍了选题背景及意义,相关研究内容与思路,以及相关理论回顾。接着对双马香精香料新技术有限公司及其国际化发展的环境进行分析,论述双马香精香料新技术有限公司企业国际化发展战略选择及运营策略。在此基础上,分析双马香精香料新技术有限公司国际发展可能遇到的风险与规避措施。通过研究双马香精香料新技术有限公司的国际化发展战略,为其制定实施国际化发展战略提供决策支持与参考,也为中国其他香精香料企业实施国际化发展战略提供一定的借鉴。在写作过程中,有机地结合理论和实际,用理论知识指导实际工作,以实践经验验证理论以便促进我国香精香料企业国际化理论的发展。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Flavor & fragrance industry is our country’ s important emerging industry, which produces the essential raw material to the flavoring products industry and plays a more and more important role in national economy. China's economic fast rise has made flavors become an integral part of the national economy. As the countries in the world especially the developed countries’ consumption level rise up, consumers put higher request forward commodity quality, which accelerates the development of world’s flavor industry. Since China accessed into the WTO, many of China's private enterprises are going abroad, participating in the international competition. China, as the world's largest producer of flavors and fragrances, facing the increasing demand of the global flavors and fragrances market , China’s Flavors and Fragrances companies should be out of the country into the world positively. Double Horse Flavor & Fragrance New Technology Limited Company established in Tianjin, which is a nearly company produced flavors and fragrances. Its products are widely applied to cosmetics, cleaning supplies, incense products and so on. As the company’s expanding production scale, the enterprise begins to seek the international development strategy. During the economic globalization, for the future of the company's long-term development and the growth of the company's vitality, the international development of Double Horse Flavors and Fragrances New Technology Co., Ltd. is a necessary way on the background of today’s economy. Although the Double Horse’s international development has just begun, and there is still a long way to go and still a lot of things to be perfected. But the Double Horse will be in the next 3-5 years to upgrade their international business management capabilities, improve their technological level, train international advanced management talents, manage and control the risks that may arise, and finally complete the dream of enterprise’s internationalization.
