中文摘要:伴随网络技术的广泛应用和互联网行业商业模式的不断成熟,以互联网为代表的新媒体,以空前的广度和深度改变了人们的日常生活。新的传播平台、新的传播手段、新的受众和需求,不断地改造并重组传媒产业的结构和发展规律。在以互联网为代表的新媒体的冲击下,传统媒体的读者群体不断流失,市场份额不断下降。本文以中国煤炭报社这家典型的中型报社为研究对象,探讨这类报社在转企改制后的经营战略,试图为中小报社找到发展之路。文章以企业经营战略理论为指导,首先介绍了中国煤炭报的发展概况,然后介绍了中国煤炭报的经营模式,以及发展中存在的问题,从而论述了转企改制的必要性和可行性。其次研究了中国报业集团管理体制改革政策与现状,先分析了报业集团管理体制改革政策,以及管理体制改革的主要成效与问题。然后介绍了广州报业集团和北青报业集团转企改制的经验。在中国煤炭报改制后经营战略上主要包括:多元化战略、业务单元战略、集团整体经营战略、新媒体发展战略和资本运营战略。最后研究了改制后中国煤炭报管理体系建设,主要从四个方面进行建设:资源配置与治理机制、组织结构调整、人力资源管理和财务与控制制度。本文在对中国煤炭报经营战略的论证过程中引用了实际的读者调查资料,所提出的战略符合中小报纸的特点,其建设内容可操作性强,具有实际意义。 
英文摘要:With the extensive application of network technology and business models become more sophisticated, the new media to the rapid development of the Internet, and step into an unprecedented breadth and depth, and change people's lives. The new means of communication, a new platform for the dissemination of new audiences and customer needs, the underlying transformation in the media industry and restructure the traditional industrial structure and development of the law. In this context, dominating the world of traditional media era has ended, both reader groups and market share, are faced with the serious impact of new media. In this paper, a typical medium-sized newspaper China Coal newspaper as the research object to explore this type of newspaper business strategy into enterprises, trying to find the road of development of small and medium-sized newspaper. Article to the theory of business strategy, first introduced the overview of the development of the China Coal News, and then describes the business model of the China Coal News, as well as the problems in the development, which discusses the necessity and feasibility of enterprise restructuring. Secondly, studying the reform of the management system of the Chinese Newspaper Group policy with the status quo, the first analysis of the Newspaper Group's management system policies, as well as the reform of the management system effectiveness and problems. Then introduced into enterprises of Guangzhou Newspaper Group and BYDA industry experience. After the reform of China Coal News Group's overall business strategy includes: business unit strategy, diversification strategy, the development of new media strategy and capital operation strategy. The finally, studying the management system construction after the reform of China Coal News, mainly from four aspects: the allocation of resources and governance mechanisms, organizational restructuring, human resource management and financial control systems.
