| 中文摘要: | 近年来,中国政府开始重点建设和谐社会。在此背景下,民营企业的劳资关系问题逐步成为社会关注的焦点。民营企业的劳资关系不仅关系到社会稳定,而且还直接影响民营企业自身的竞争力与可持续性发展。在应对民营企业的劳资关系问题时,有些民营企业出现了风险,有些民营企业反而更加发展壮大了。因此,如何优化处理民营企业的劳资关系问题是当前我国民营企业在进一步发展过程中亟需解决的问题,也是理论界和企业界研究的新方向。 在本文中,作者以辽宁省民营水泥制品企业的劳资关系为重点研究对象,根据人力资源管理、组织行为学、企业文化的相关理论,主要分析了辽宁省民营水泥制品企业的劳资关系现状、存在的问题及其成因,进而在一次劳资关系问卷调查相关数据的基础上,总结了劳资关系管理过程中的三个关键要素,分别是:员工关系、企业文化和非正式组织,并结合实际从三个不同的角度提出了应对这些劳资关系问题的对策,以便帮助广大民营企业正视这些已经凸显或暂时潜在的问题,未雨绸缪,防微杜渐,寻找对策,从而使它们走上一条健康稳定、持续增长、和谐发展的道路。之后,作者对一家规模较大的水泥制品企业的劳资关系问题进行了案例分析,进一步论证了本文提出的相关观点。在本文的最后,作者给出了本文的结论。 | |
| 英文摘要: | In recent years, Chinese government pays much attention to construct the harmonious society. So the labor disputes and conflicts in the private enterprises have become an important problem. It will influence not only the stability of our society but also the core competency and sustainable development. The labor-capital relations have different forms in various districts and private enterprises. Some private enterprises have take advantage of the situation. However, other private enterprises are thrown into huge risks when dealing with the labor conflicts. Therefore, how to construct the harmonious labor-capital relation in the private enterprises is the important subject that the academic circule and entrepreneurs must face. In the thesis, the author chooses the labor-capital relations in the cement private enterprises of Liaoning province as the research topic. Based on the theory of human resource management,organizational behavior and corporate culture, the thesis discusses the current situation, risks and its reasons of labor-capital relations in the cement private enterprises of Liaoning province. On the basis of the data from a quesitonaire survey, the thesis summarizes three key elements: employee relation, corporate culture and informal organizations. With the above discussion, this paper attempts to make a study on how to construct harmonious labor-capital relations in the cement private enterprises of Liaoning province. The conclutions will be helpful for the private enterprises and they are confirmed in the case study of one private enterprise. At the end of the thesis, the author concludes the paper. | |
