中文摘要:精益生产方式作为人类历史上工业化进程的标志性研究成果,是先进和高效的生产实践和管理方式。它的核心思想是消除一切浪费,建立高灵活性、高效率的生产方式。它是当今制造业的风向标,被誉为“21世纪制造业的标准化生产方式。” 本文从精益生产方式的产生及发展入手,通过介绍精益生产方式的理论框架及14条管理原则,并且对精益生产方式的实施要素进行分析,采用理论与实际结合的方法,以润滑油生产特点以及TTM公司的实际情况为出发点,试图在TTM公司引入精益生产方式以帮助公司实现库存最小化、消除各种浪费、建议一个柔性的系统而适应客户及市场变化,保证产品质量以期获得客户满意。 TTM公司是一家法国独资的润滑油企业,投产仅仅半年,存在流程不完善,人员技能低,部门分工不明确等诸多亟待解决的问题。因此,在建厂初期就引入精益生产方式,对于公司初期形成一种消除浪费,持续改善的公司组织文化有很大的益处。通过精益生产方式的应用,能够有效的优化公司的管理流程,能够对未来可能发生的各种问题找到有效的对策。 本文在研究TTM公司应用精益生产方式的过程中,也引入了绩效评价体系,通过对于精益生产方式引入后的质量、成本、交期、安全、员工士气等方面进行了KPI考核,通过记录和追踪绩效考核结果,从而验证精益生产方式给公司带来的效益,并进一步作为持续改善的有力依据。 
英文摘要:Lean Production is revolutionary production management and high effective practice manner, which is considered as the third milestone of human industrialization history. Its core view point is to eliminate all waste in all aspects of a corporation’s production activities through establishing and maintaining production system with high flexibility. It guides the direction of modern manufacturing industry. It has been treated as the standard production management approach in the 2lst century. The beginning of this paper is Lean Production development, then introducing the theory framework, 14 management rules and deploying elements of Lean Production. Combining theory with practice of lubricants and TTM company reality, the paper is trying to find the right way to find out the solution toward stock control, waste elimination, flexible system and quality assurance to achieve customer satisfaction. TTM Company is invested and established by Total Group, a French Company. It’s new plant and exist a lot of problem such as defective process, low operator skill, unclear responsibility among departments. So, Lean Production system is involved at the start stage is good to establish an organizational culture with no waste and continuous improving. With the Lean Production system, the management process could be optimized and a lot of potential management problem can be solved as well. This paper not only discusses the practice of Lean Production, but also involves the Performance Evaluation system. It designs the Key Performance Indicators in Quality, Cost, Delivery, Safety and Morale, recording and tracking the result of the KPI, to verify and validate the effect of Lean Production and treat it as evidence of continuous improvement.
