| 中文摘要: | 20世纪90年代以来,国际资本、制造业及服务业从发达国家向发展中国家不断转移,服务外包得到迅速发展,全球服务外包的项目日益丰富,业务范围不断扩展,交易规模扩大,保持高速增长,参与其中的企业逐渐增多。作为服务外包行业的一个分支,商务流程外包(Business Process Outsourcing,BPO)行业企业的主要利润来源于人力资源,而行业本身具有利润率低、人员流动性高的特点,招聘活动会一直处于快节奏,高需求的状态。因此,BPO企业应该更注重管理自己的人力资源,需要在快速招聘的过程中寻求一个可持续的人员供给模式。 本文从人力资源管理角度出发,阐述了人力资源管理的理论基础,尤其是人力资源招聘管理的内容和工作方法。通过分析塔塔信息技术(中国)有限公司(以下简称:塔塔信息中国)第二事业部D项目(BPO项目)在人力资源招聘活动中遇到的一些障碍,运用案例分析法和调查分析法,在相关理论的指导下总结出存在于招聘渠道、面试流程和人力资源规划三方面的问题,并针对这些问题提出改善方法和建议。本文提出的改善建议对塔塔中国乃至全中国的服务外包行业企业的人力资源招聘管理具有一定参考价值 | |
| 英文摘要: | Outsourcing industry has developed since 1990s, during the transition from developed countries to developing ones in international capital, manufacturing and service industry. Global outsourcing project become increasingly rich, maintain high speed growth including business and trade scope expansion, more enterprises involved. Business Process Outsourcing(BPO) is a branch of Service Outsourcing, the main profit of it comes from Human Resource, but the profit itself is low, and the industry has a high employees drop ratio, and also the recruitment job is always in a fast and high required status. So, the BPO enterprises need to pay more attention in how to manage the Human Resource, and find a continuable employee fulfillment mode from the high speed recruitment. This paper begins with the view of Human Resource Management, Explains the basic theory of Human Resource Management, especially in recruitment comments and method. By the analyst of difficulty in recruitment job of D project(BPO) from Business Unit 2 of TATA Consultancy Service China(hereinafter referred to: TCS China), involves methods as case analyst and survey analyst, raise 3 problems in recruitment channel, interview process and Human Resource Planning under the guidance of the relevant theory, give the improvement point and suggestion. This suggestion has the certain reference value to the recruitment job for TCS China and even for all Chinese outsourcing enterprises. | |
