| 中文摘要: | 解决企业融资难的问题,不仅要靠政府的政策支持和金融机构的业务创新,更要靠企业自身开拓思路,深入挖掘融资渠道。企业在融资时不仅考虑融资额度和融资成本,还需将财务管理和战略管理思想融合在一起,集中企业竞争优势,结合企业经营目标和长期规划,从而选择出最佳融资组合和最优融资渠道,制定最合适企业自身发展阶段的融资策略,由此带动企业规模发展,最终提升企业整体价值。 自1986年以来,特许经营已经在我国有了20多年的发展历史,虽然很多人已经认识到特许经营的融资功能,但大多数企业只看到其短期效果,却没有意识到潜在风险,有些企业虽已采取特许经营模式,却没有采用与特许经营模式相匹配的财务策略,以至目前我国本土企业中基于特许经营模式融资取得完全成功的企业少之又少。由于特许经营融资需要将企业融资与企业经营的各个方面紧密结合,所以必须结合企业竞争优势、行业特点、发展阶段、长期目标等因素,制定全方位的融资策略,才能在发挥特许经营模式融资优势的同时,避免其融资风险演变为经营风险。 本文以艾丽服装公司为案例,介绍了艾丽服装公司在服装行业融资难的整体环境下,集中自身品牌优势和管理优势,积极制定与其特许经营模式相匹配的财务策略,缩短运营周期,最终不但以较低的成本融得所需资金,而且在扩张企业规模的同时有效控制了库存,分散了跨地区经营风险,扩大了市场份额,拓宽了品牌认知范围,增强了品牌优势,拉升了企业价值。 艾丽服装公司基于特许经营模式的融资策略,有待观察和完善的同时,值得同类型服装企业探讨借鉴。 | |
| 英文摘要: | To solve the difficult problem of corporate finance not only depend on the government policy support and financial institutions, business innovation, more businesses rely on their own to explore new ideas, tap the financing channels. Financing into account not only the facilities and financing costs, need financial management and strategic management thinking together, focus on the competitive advantage, combined with business objectives and long-term planning, to select the best financing portfolio and optimal financing channels financing strategy to develop the most suitable for their own development stage, thus driving the development of enterprise scale, and ultimately enhance the overall value of the enterprise. Since 1986, the franchise has 27 years of history in China's development, although many people have come to realize the franchise financing function, but most people only see the franchise effectiveness of short-term financing, not realizing that franchising the potential risks of the financing model, as well as local enterprises in China to take franchise financing model to obtain the complete success of the very few companies. Due to the Franchise Financing need to closely integrate all aspects of corporate finance and business, it must be combined with a competitive advantage, industry characteristics, stage of development, and long-term goals and other factors, the development of a full range of financing strategies, in order to play the Franchise Financing advantage the same time, to avoid the risk of financing evolved into operational risks. In this paper, the AILEE clothing company as an example, introduced the AILEE apparel companies in the apparel industry financing difficult overall environment, focus on its own brand and management advantages, select franchise financing, and to develop a better financing strategies to avoid the risk of possible financing. Ultimately not only have required a lower cost financial capital, but also in the expansion of business scale and dispersed cross-regional operation risk, expanded its market share and broaden the scope of brand awareness, enhance brand advantage, pulled up the enterprise value EILEE clothing company franchise financing model, accurate positioning, competitive pricing, a rigorous, strict control to avoid the risks associated with its strategy worthy of the same type of garment enterprises for references. | |
