中文摘要: | 大型火电机组施工项目的安全与环境管理,对于项目参建各方的经济效益、社会责任和品牌价值具有重要的现实意义。本文通过安环管理的先进理论和大型煤电机组施工项目相结合,建立一套适合大型煤电机组施工项目安环管理的方法,解决当前大型火电机组施工项目安环管理的问题,从而保证和提高大型火电机组施工项目的安全性和可靠性。本文基于论文的研究背景,首先介绍了国内外施工项目安环管理的主要理论,分析了大型火电机组施工项目的独特性,阐述了当前大型火电机组施工项目安环管理的现状,剖析了存在的问题并进行分析。然后,根据大型火电机组施工项目安环管理的特点及现状,借助安环管理的理论,研究了从项目安环管理的目标策划、管理体系、保证措施、实施控制到持续改进等一系列安环管理要素,论证并建立能够保证大型火电机组施工项目的安环管理模式。最后,通过天津北疆电厂施工项目安环管理的案例,证明了此套管理模式的适用性和有效性。本文所建立的大型火电机组施工项目的安环管理模式,能有效降低规避大型火电机组建设的安全与环境管理风险,提高工程项目建设的安全性和经济性,对电力建设企业的施工项目安环管理具有一定的借鉴作用。 | |
