中文摘要:改革开放 30 以来,中国的家具企业经历过一个辉煌期,多年一直保持着 30% 左右的增长速度。作为一个劳动密集型产业,对中国的劳动力就业以及税收方面都做出过杰出贡献,然而随着中国家具市场逐渐走向成熟,竞争日趋激烈,经济危机的不断蔓延,人民币升值等一系列因素,使得中国家具企业迎来了第一个寒冬,2007 年全国有 2000 多家企业倒闭,2008 年估计全国倒闭家具企业 7000 多家。从佛山,东莞家具协会有关统计数据上来看,出口企业居多。在如此恶劣的环境下,作为一个出口型的小微家具企业,怎样才能生存并且成长起来呢?本文 MH 家具企业的成长战略为研究领域,主要从以下几个方面展开:第一章,列明了研究背景,研究问题以及本文的目的和意义。第二章主要对企业成长理论的简要介绍,对理论进行了概述,并对企业成长战略理论进行了分析,包括战略的分析,制定和实施。第三章通过运用PEST,SWOT,迈克尔.波特的五力模型对家具行业的宏观环境,MH 的内外部环境进行了分析,总结出了MH公司自身的优势、劣势以及面临的机遇与挑战。第四章结合 MH 公司的自身情况,探讨了 MH 公司的成长战略规划以及销售模式上的创新。第五章着重从人、产品、市场、资金四要素入手深入探讨 MH 成长战略规划实施中的保障措施。最后是全文的总结与启示。通过深入的讨论和研究,中国的小微家具企业,在面临劳动力成本逐渐增加,人民币不断升值的各种不利因素的形式下,通过制定合理有效地公司成长战略,不断的完善创新自身的产品体系等,最终成长成一个规模化的知名品牌企业是完全切实可行的,本文通过以MH公司作为研究对象,深入探讨中国的小微家具企业的未来发展空间和趋势,有着重要的意义。关键词:成长战略 环境分析 战略保障 小微企业 MH 公司 
英文摘要:Since the reform and opening in 30 years, Chinese furniture industry experienced a glorious period, for many years has maintained a growth rate of around 30%. As a labor-intensive industries, It has made a great contribution in Chinese labor employment and tax aspects, but with a series of factors such as the Chinese furniture market gradually mature、the continuous spread of economic crisis、 appreciation of the RMB and so on. competition is becoming even increasingly fiercely . the Chinese furniture enterprises ushered in the first winter, in 2007 the country has more than 2000 business went bankrupt. estimated in 2008 the closure of furniture were more than 7000 enterprises. From Foshan and Dongguan relevant statistical data of Furniture Association point of view, most of them are export enterprises. In such a hostile environment, as an export-oriented small furniture enterprises, how to survive and grow up? In this thesis, MH furniture enterprise growth strategy as the research field, mainly from the following aspects: in the first chapter, lists the research background, the research question as well as the purpose and significance of the paper. The second chapter mainly introduces the theory on the growth of enterprises, the theory are summarized, and the growth of enterprise strategy theory is analyzed, including the strategy analysis, formulation and implementation. The third chapter through the use of PEST, SWOT, Michael. Potter's five forces model the macro environment for the furniture industry, MH's internal and external environment analysis, summed up the opportunities and challenges of MH company's strengths, weaknesses and. The fourth chapter combined with MH company's own situation, discusses the innovation of MH company's strategic planning and sales model. The fifth chapter focuses on people, product, market, capital of four factors of security measures for the implementation of strategic planning in MH. The last is the summary and Enlightenment of full text. Through in-depth discussion and research, China's small furniture enterprises, in the face of increasing labor costs and an appreciating RMB under the form of a Abstract III variety of adverse factors, through the formulation reasonable effective corporate growth strategy, and constantly improve their own innovative products system and so on, eventually grow into a well-known brand enterprise scale is completely feasible, this article through to MH company as the research object, explore China's trend of future development space and small furniture enterprises, has important significance.
