中文摘要：	随着计算机应用领域的扩大，软件质量越来越成为国内外工业界和学术界关注的焦点，对软件质量控制方法的研究也成为软件工程领域的一个重要课题。投资管理信息系统作为企业投资管理的软件工具，对规范企业投资管理行为，提高企业投资管理水平发挥了重要的作用。投资管理信息系统前期方案的质量高低，直接影响系统的最终成败。因此，研究投资管理信息系统前期方案质量控制问题，探寻其有效的控制方法，具有重要的理论和现实意义。 本文的目的是以项目管理和软件项目管理理论、质量管理和质量控制理论为指导,分析了投资管理信息系统前期方案中的质量影响因素，研究投资管理信息系统前期方案质量控制的特点，建立适合投资管理信息系统前期方案质量控制的总体模型，提升了系统质量水平，从而更好的满足用户的需求。 本文综合运用了文献研究法、归纳研究法、案例分析法等研究方法。在本文的研究过程中，通过对项目管理和软件项目管理、质量管理和质量控制的文献进行大量的检索研究，从而把握软件项目和质量控制的理论及学术前沿。归纳研究法就是通过观察客观事实，把这些事实加以分类，然后考察他们之间的关系，从而得出结论。本论文应用归纳出的模型对天保控股公司投资管理信息系统前期方案质量控制进行了案例分析，做到了理论与实际的结合。 本人希望通过该课题的研究，总结提炼出的一套软件项目前期方案质量控制的模型，为软件项目需求企业和开发企业提供借鉴。
英文摘要：	With the area for computer application is increasing, software quality gradually becomes the focus in the domestic and international industry and academia. The research on the software quality control has become an important task. As a tool of the investment management, investment management information system takes an important role in criterion of the company investment management activities and improvement of the company investment management level. The quality of the prophase plan for the investment management information system directly affects the final result of the system. So it has important theoretic and realistic meaning to do the research on the quality control of the prophase plan for the investment management information system and to explore the effective methods for control. The aim of this thesis is on the instruction of the theory of project management and software management, quality management and quality control theory to analyze the quality affecting factors and the characters in the quality control of the prophase plan for the investment management information system, set up the overall model suitable for quality control of the prophase plan for the investment management information system and enhance the system quality to better meet the demand of the customers. This thesis synthetically uses the literature research method, conclusion research method, case study method and other research methods. In the research of this thesis, through doing many searches study on the project management, software management, quality management and control, the writer holds the theory and academic advantage of the software project and quality control. Conclusion research method is through observing the facts and putting them into different catalogues, then to review their relationship to get the final conclusion. This article uses the model by conclusion to do case study of the quality control of the prophase plan for the investment management information system in Tianjin T&B holding Co., Ltd to make sure that the theory and the reality are combined. The writer wants to conclude a set of model on the quality control of the software project prophase plan in order to give the reference to the companies who need the software project and the companies who explore the software project.
