中文摘要:本论文是基于本人在机械制造业公司工作近五年来在工厂制造工艺和精益生产工作经验和思考而写就。近年伴随着中国房地产业的兴起,面对中国巨大的电梯市场,几乎所有国外领先的电梯公司纷纷在中国建厂并投入生产,再加上近年不少国内优秀电梯企业的崛起,奥的斯公司处于激烈的国内电梯市场竞争下。在市场竞争的体制下,随着人们对电梯的质量和舒适度的要求提高和制造成本的影响,不断进行产品创新是必然的。在新产品不断更新和准备更新的同时,工厂或者车间作为产品的制造地和产出地,是否能跟上产品创新的步伐,能否在控制成本和时间的前提下,和对应产品设计的更新换代无缝接轨是关系新产品能否成功投入市场的重要课题。在这种压力下,不单单是电梯公司,越来越多的制造企业也开始重视精益生产思想以及其带给企业的变化。精益思想得以正确运用后,带给企业显而易见的改变:精益生产可以让生产时间减少,交货时间缩短;使生产效率提高;让库存减少,降低企业资金的占用;使市场缺陷减少,使客户满意度提高;让废品率降低;让安全指数提升。在新产品研发过程中,企业需要加速新产品研发过程的同时严格控制产品质量和制造成本。产品从研发到生产是一个系统而重要的过程,这个过程不仅影响产品投入生产的时间,同样决定了产品的质量,因此,严格安排妥善开展这一过程成为产品研发的一个重要环节。针对新产品在开发阶段的生产准备过程,本文从生产设备的布局设计和生产过程能力认证两方面对生产准备过程进行研究。在布局设计阶段运用精益生产的相关理论,以尽量减少序间库存,物流距离,缩短制造周期为目的,节省生产线体占用的车间面积,提高生产效率。在生产过程能力认证阶段,着重分析了制程能力指数和关键特性尺寸合格率以及生产线平衡对判定生产线生产过程能力的影响。在本篇论文之中研究和运用了精益生产的相关理论,质量管理以及奥的斯公司实施的获取竞争优势理论。精益生产理论的运用,帮助企业应对新产品的开发来整合生产线的建设和生产能力的认证,改善提高生产现场的生产效率,降低生产成本。在论文开始阶段介绍了丰田精益生产理论和思想,随后介绍了奥的斯获取竞争优势理论,并结合本公司在实际生产中的研究和运用,分析了在新产品开发阶段中,工厂应对新产品制造要求的更改和日后的产量需求,根据自身的设备和人员基础进行调整,对现场实施的过程和方法进行了总结和评价,意义在于对今后在大型制造企业中开展的生产准备活动提供参考和帮助,试图从精益生产在国内应用方面有所创新和突破,也可以给学习和研究精益生产方面的同学提供实际案例参考。 
英文摘要:This paper is based on my work in the machinery manufacturing company for nearly five years in factory manufacture process and lean manufacture experience and thinking. In recent years, along with the rise of Chinese estate industry, in the face of China's huge elevator market, almost all foreign leading elevator companies have factories in China and put into production. Coupled with many excellent domestic elevator enterprises rose these years, Otis is in the fierce competition in the domestic elevator market. Competition in the market system, as the improvement of the people’s requirements to the quality and comfort of elevator and manufacturing costs, ongoing product innovation is inevitable. As the new products constantly updated or been ready to update, at the same time, the factory or workshop as the place of manufacture whether can keep up with the pace of product innovation, whether have the ability to control the costs and delivery time. The corresponding product design updates generation seamless integration is related to the market success of new products is an important issue. Under this pressure, not just elevator companies, more and more manufacturing companies are also starting to focus on lean manufacture and the changes that it brings. After correctly applying the lean thinking to the enterprise there are obvious changes: lean production can reduce production time and delivery time, make production more efficient, let inventory reduction, and reduce the utilization of funds, enable to reduce the defects of market, raise the degree of customer satisfaction, let rejection rate decreased, let safety index improved. In the new product development process, companies need to accelerate new product development process at the same time strictly control product quality and manufacturing costs. The Products from research and development to production is a systematic and important process that affects not only the time product put into production, also determines the quality of the product, therefore, strictly proper arrangements to carry out this process become an important part of product development. For the new products in the development stage of production preparation process, this article from the layout of production equipment and production process capability certification two aspects of the production process of preparing research. In the layout design stage using the theory of lean production to minimize the sequence between the inventory, logistics distance, shorten the manufacturing cycle for the purpose of saving production line workshop area occupied by the body, improve production efficiency. Certification stage in the production process capability, focusing on analysis of the process capability index and key features size and line balancing yield production line for determining the impact of process capability. In this paper I research and apply the theory of lean production, quality management and the achieving competitive excellence theory implemented in Otis. The application of lean production theory can help companies deal with new product development to integrate the construction of production lines and the certification of production capacity, to improve production efficiency and reduce production costs. At the beginning paper presents the Toyota lean production theory and thinking, then introduces Otis achieving competitive advantage theory, combines with the actual production of the company's research and application, analyzes in the new product development stage, the factory face to the new products manufacturing requirements change and future production yield needs, according to its own equipments and personnel to adjust. And summarize and evaluate the process and methods in the local implementation. The significance lies in the future when we carry out the production preparation process in the large-scale production of manufacturing enterprises to provide reference and help, trying to let the lean production into domestic to be innovative and breakthrough applications. The learning and research student who work on lean production can also be provided some practical examples for reference.
