| 中文摘要: | 在动态复杂的竞争环境下,战略柔性已经被看作企业获得和保持竞争优势的重要条件,关于战略柔性的理论研究也成为关注的热点。国内外对战略柔性的研究已经逐渐展开,涌现出从不同的角度进行分析的论文。文献中各类柔性的界定标准尚不统一,使用的理论框架多种多样,缺乏融合性和重复使用性。本文在界定了战略柔性的内涵后,将战略柔性归纳在一个层次化的体系中。 本文系统回顾了有关企业柔性和层次化战略的理论,讨论了国内外有关研究者对战略柔性的含义、维度、作用、内部结构等的研究现状,在将战略柔性层次化的基础上,分别讨论了三个层次上的战略柔性的特征、相互关系以及提升方法。战略柔性的三个层次由底层到表层分别是资源能力层战略柔性、价值链层战略柔性、产品市场层战略柔性。 资源能力层战略柔性提升从资源和能力两方面展开,资源柔性的提升分为提高各类资源自身柔性和核心产品共享两个途径。能力柔性主要从克服核心刚性的角度研究,提出了通过组织学习增强能力柔性的方法。动态能力作为增强应对动态环境的有效理论,具备对内部资源、能力等的改造功能,本文研究了动态能力在战略柔性框架下的作用。 价值链层次的战略柔性研究是按照价值活动的先后顺序,依次分析了各个环节的柔性需求与运作特征,并提出了增强各个环节柔性的方法。组织结构是价值活动的载体,本文以活动流程的角度对组织刚性的原因做出分析,然后提出了提升组织角度战略柔性的途径。 产品市场层战略柔性是直接面对外界环境和市场竞争的表层柔性,负责在提供产品与服务上的柔性,本文在前面两个层次柔性的支撑下将其分为四种类型做出分析。这一层柔性负担着快速理解环境变化、及时响应市场需求的任务,本文用快速响应理论研究了上述任务的实现体系与改进方法。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Strategic flexibility has been seen as the key factor to acquire and maintain competitive advantage in the dynamic and complex environment. Researches have been gradually started on this area. But those researches emerged from different aspects, and the definition of strategic flexibility varies a lot. Various theoretical frameworks are used and it is hard to put them into a general one. This thesis gives a clearer structure of strategic flexibility; it subsumes variety levels of strategic flexibility in the system. This thesis reviews relevant theories on flexibility and the layer theory of strategy, and discusses the meaning, origin, dimensions and effects of strategic flexibility. On the basis of the discussion, this thesis divides strategic flexibility into three levels: the resource and capability level, the value chain level, and the market-products level. The characteristics in each level of flexibility, the relationship between each level, and the way to improve flexibility are also studied. The resource and capability level of the strategic flexibility are studied from two aspects as the name has implied. The improvement of resource flexibility includes the sharing of strategic resources and core products. The improvement of capabilities includes overcoming the inertia of core competencies through organization study. As a theory dealing with dynamic competitive environment, dynamic capability can improve the internal resources as well as capabilities. The function of dynamic capability is studied under this strategic flexibility framework. The value chain flexibility is studied by the sequence of value activities, followed by the analysis of demand and operation of the flexible features, and the way for enhancement in all steps. Organizational structure is carrier of the value activities. So it is studied in the perspective of overcoming the organizational rigidity, and then some methods are advanced to enhance organizational flexibility. Market-products flexibility directly faces the external environment and is responsible for a rapid understanding of environmental changes and the provision of products and services flexibly. This level of flexibility, supported by those two levels of flexibilities, is divided into four types to make further analysis. In this thesis, the enhancing methods are provided to conceive a quick responsiveness system. | |
