中文摘要:早在本世纪初期,Fortune(《财富》)杂志就已将企业的重要战略竞争资源之一定义为该企业的供应链的管理能力。由于能够为企业带来竞争力的增加、资源优化的配置以及整体生产成本的降低,现代供应链管理已经成为了一种高效的服务运作模式和社会生产的细化分工。作为全球企业管理领域中最为重要的问题之一,供应链管理已为大家所熟知和认可。 随着市场形势的不断变化和竞争的加剧,作为传统的电梯制造商,OTIS电梯有限公司的战略目标相应的进行了调整。本文将以此作为切入点,对现有的供应链组织进行剖析,试图分析出现阶段供应链内部存在的问题,寻找改革的突破口,希望能够通过供应链组织变革这种手段,为企业赢得竞争优势。 本文将应用供应链管理理论和组织变革理论,对供应链组织变革的动因、变革要点和变革方法进行研究,对供应链组织进行重新设计。设计主要内容包括:首先,依托信息技术平台,对原有供应链组织进行重新架构和连接。其次,将原有功能重复的职能部门进行有机的整合,并对重要的职能进行剥离和重新定义,构建新的组织及流程。最后,试图根据新的供应链组织与结构,搭建具有电梯行业及OTIS特色的供应链生态系统,以期加强供应链组织成员间的互相协作,提高供应链整体的运行效率。 对供应链组织的调整及构建,势必伴随着供应链的风险控制及管理。本文将运用变革阻力和风险管理理论,对OTIS公司供应链组织变革过程中的阻力因素和组织风险特点进行分析。希望能够通过研究,帮助OTIS公司找到变革阻力的应对方法和组织风险的管理措施,使得组织变革过程能够协调、有序地进行,令组织变革的实施获得成功。 
英文摘要:Early in this century, Fortune magazine has one of the enterprise's important strategy resource competition is defined as the enterprise supply chain management ability. Due to increased, can bring the competitiveness for the enterprise resource optimization configuration and the overall cost of production, modern supply chain management has become an efficient service operation mode and social production division of refinement. As one of the most important problems in the field of global business management, supply chain management has been known and accepted. With the continuous change of the market situation and competition intensifies, as traditional elevator manufacturers, the strategic target of OTIS Elevator Company needs to be adjusted accordingly. This paper will take this as a starting point, based on the study of the existing supply chain organization, tries to analyze the existing internal stages of the supply chain problems, looking for the breakthrough of reform, with the hope that to win the competitive advantage for the OTIS through the supply chain organizational change. By studying the method of the motivation, change points and the transformation of the supply chain organization, the paper, applies the theory of supply chain management and organizational change theory, in order to achieve the following purposes: First, relying on the information technology platform, restructure and connection to the original supply chain organization. Secondly, the original department functions repeatedly to the organic integration, stripping and redefinition of important function, construct the new organization and process. Finally, according to the new supply chain organization and structure, setup supply chain ecosystem with elevator industry and the OTIS characteristic, in order to strengthen mutual cooperation between the members of supply chain organization, improve the running efficiency of the whole supply chain. And the construction of the supply chain organization change will be accompanied by the risk control and supply chain management. The paper will use the change resistance and risk management theory, the resistance factors of the change process of supply chain structure of OTIS and organization characteristics of risk analysis. Try to help OTIS to find resistance to change ways of coping and organizational risk management measures, make the process of organizational change can be coordinated, orderly, and ultimately to the successful implementation.
