中文摘要: | 随着我国经济的快速发展,国家政策调整,近年来城镇化趋势愈演愈烈,电梯行业也迎来了前所未有的迅速发展时期,同样,这一增长形势也带来了电梯行业的激烈竞争,目前国际上的各大电梯公司都已经在中国建立工厂及维保公司,如何在竞争中脱颖而出已经成为电梯企业刻不容缓的话题和必须立即实施的战略。 本论文通过探索奥的斯电梯公司(OTIS Elevator)在供应商管理(Supplier Management)以及评估过程中实际遇到的问题,对奥的斯电梯公司新的供应商管理模式—供应商健康评估(SHA,即Supplier Healthy Assessment)模式应用的研究提出理论支持和方法指导,希望对所有制造企业供应商管理提供借鉴作用。 本文首先在第二章中回顾了战略以及SHA应用的相关理论;在第三章主要分析了目前奥的斯电梯公司在供应商管理方面存在的问题。在第四章介绍了奥的斯电梯公司应用SHA的系统措施以及新的管理办法。第五章从组织架构构建层次针对奥的斯电梯公司SHA应用提供了解决方法。 SHA不同于制造企业之前对其上游供应商的管理办法,它不再局限于强调供应商的交期和质量,更加突出对供应商的扶持和共同发展,通过保证供应链上关键点—供应商层次的质量来保证整个供应链的产品质量。但是同时,应用SHA也对奥的斯电梯公司供应链管理部门提出了新的挑战。 | |
英文摘要: | With the rapid development of China economy and the urbanization trend intensified in recent years, the elevator industry is experiencing an unprecedented growing period. This growth trend has also brought fierce competition in the elevator industry, the major global elevator companies have set up their factories and maintenance companies in China. How to stand out from the competition has become the major challenge for those elevator companies. In this thesis, through the exploration of current problems in supplier management in OTIS Elevator Corporation, we will provide the theoretical support and method guidance to OTIS SHA (Supplier Healthy Assessment), a newly introduced supplier management model. This can also provide a reference for all manufacturing enterprises in supplier management. First of all, we will review Corporation strategy and related theory of SHA application in chapter 2, then we will analyze the supplier management problems of OTIS Elevator Corporation in chapter 3. In chapter 4, we will introduce the application and management system of OTIS SHA then provide solution through the build up of organization hierarchy in chapter 5. Different from current supplier management for most of manufacturing companies that focus supplier delivery and quality, SHA is more emphasizing on the support and co-development with suppliers. Through the management on each step in supply chain, SHA will guarantee the quality on whole supply chain. It has become a new challenge to OTIS supplier management department to implement SHA. | |
