中文摘要:随着科技进步和经济发展,现代生产型企业的经营环境与以往大有不同,一方面新技术、新材料的应用层出不穷,要求企业必须紧跟时代技术发展步伐,而且要有足够的创新能力;另一方面,客户的需求变化明显加快,造成产品、服务的更新与换代速度明显加快,要求企业具备快速的应变能力,传统的按库存生产模式在企业中占有的比重越来越小,按客户个性化需求生产的订单方式比重不断增加。但由于传统的生产企业采用职能式的层级管理体制,订单管理主要是流程式的管理,时常造成局部效率较高,却不能保质、保量和按时交货,而且重复浪费现象严重,为了适应这些变化,企业本身的生产流程和组织方式需做出调整和变革,而所有的这些创新和变革的要求,都使企业不得不面对大量全新的、一次性的复杂任务,而这些任务的主要特征,恰好符合项目的本质特征。目前项目管理已经逐渐应用于很多的商业教育、政府管理、工程建设和军事等其他组织,项目管理的优势得到了充分体现,它从根本上改善了企业管理的运营效率。而订单项目化管理有助于缩短订单履行周期,提高客户服务水平,更好地实现企业的销售战略,是生产型企业生存和发展的重要保证。本文是在此背景下,在分析企业项目化管理趋势和项目化管理方法优势的基础上,针对PT电缆公司(生产型企业)订单管理存在的问题,分析项目化管理与电缆产品订单生产管理的结合点,提出了把项目化管理理论与方法应用到电缆生产型企业的订单管理当中,并就如何在电缆生产企业中实施订单项目化管理从流程再造、组织结构优化、协调与沟通机制、绩效考核与评价等方面进行了较为深入的研究分析。总体上,本文是订单项目化管理在电缆生产型企业应用的一次探索研究,力求构建一套科学可信的组织结构和管理模式,希望通过本文研究为制造型企业尤其是电缆产品生产提供参考。 
英文摘要:With development of technological and economic, the business environment is different from the previous. One hand, the company has to keep the same step with the technological development and have enough innovation ability because of the application of new material and technology. On the other hand, the products and service have to keep high speed according to the marked changing of the customer’s requirement; it makes the company has to be with strong strain capacity. The MTS model (make to stock) will be disappeared in most of enterprises step by step, the orders of customer individual needs occupied are increasing. However, due to the traditional production enterprises to adopt the functional management system, the order management is mainly process management, sometimes they can keep partly higher efficiency but can’t ensure the quality, quantity and on-time delivery, and also have big waste because of some issues. In order to change this status, the enterprise should adjust production processed and organization, all of them require innovation and change make the enterprises have to face a lot of new, one-time complex task, and the main characteristics of these tasks, the project was in line with the so-called essential characteristics. Current project management has been gradually applied to all commercial and educational, government, military, and other organizations. The project management advantages have been fully reflected, and it fundamentally improves the management efficiency of business operation. The order projectification management help to shorten order fulfillment cycle, improve customer service levels, make better achieve the company's sales strategy, which is an important guarantee of production-oriented enterprises for the survival and development. It analyzed project management and production management of cable products to meet orders points in this context, which based on the analysis of trends and the advantages about enterprise project management, and for PT cable company (manufacturing companies) order management problems, made the projectification management theory and methods applied to the cable manufacturing enterprise order management in cable manufacturers. And deeply research and analysis how to implement the orders projectification management from process improvement, organizational structure optimization, coordination and communication mechanisms, performance appraisal and evaluation and other aspects. Overall, this is an exploration research that the order projectification management applied to the cable manufacturing companies, and in order to build a scientific and credible organizational structure and management model, hopes to provide a reference product for cable manufacturing companies through this research.
