| 中文摘要: | 伴随我国体制改革的深入,市场化趋势下的事业单位面临着前所未有的机遇和挑战。广大事业单位将进入激烈和残酷的竞争中去,这就要求各个机构了解并适应环境,使自身得以生存和发展。 战略管理在组织活动中起到纲领性和指导性的作用,是经营成败的关键,其优劣直接影响了组织的生存和发展能力。优秀的战略管理将明确组织前进的方向,提高管理者预见性、主动性、适应性,避免短视行为,并进行连续性的探索,实现组织持续发展。 本文将检验行业中的事业单位A机构作为研究对象,希望研究对检验行业的其他机构和市场化改革中的事业单位提供一些参考和帮助。在本文主体部分,第二章回顾了战略管理,战略发展和战略分析工具的相关理论;第三章首先简要介绍了特种设备检验行业,之后从外部宏观环境,行业竞争结构,组织内部环境三方面对A机构环境做出分析与评价;第四章运用SWOT模型辅以战略群组确定A机构的战略定位和战略目标,并进而选择相应的竞争战略,同时对保证战略目标的实现制定了战略实施措施。 | |
| 英文摘要: | As structural reforms continues, institutions under the trend of marketization are facing opportunities and challenges that they never met before. Numbers of institutions will take part in fierce and brutal competition, that requires everyone to know and adapt to circumstances. Strategic management plays a programmatic role in the organization activities as the success key. It affects the ability of survival and development. Well-functioning strategic management could define the direction, improve the predictable, initiative, adaptable conception of managers and avoid myopic behavior. Managers should explore continuously to achieve sustained development. This article focuses on the study of institution A in the inspection industry. Through the case study, we hope that it could offer some reference and assist to other enterprises and institutions. In the second chapter, reviews the strategic management theory and the strategic analysis tools; in the third chapter, overviews special equipment inspection industry, then analyses and evaluates outside macroscopically, industry competitive structure and the internal environment of institution A; in the fourth chapter, using SWOT Analysis and Strategic Groups choose Strategic Goal, Strategic Positioning, Scientific and reasonable Competitive Strategy and put forward implementing measures to ensure realization of strategic objectives. | |
