| 中文摘要： | 企业信息化工作日渐成为企业运营、发展与竞争中非常关键并且不可或缺的工作内容。企业信息化软件项目的也逐渐成为企业制定发展战略的至关重要的组成部分。但跟据调查反馈，信息化软件项目的成功率及满意程度并不高，不但不能满足引入信息化软件所要达到的预期效果，同时还增加了大量的软件管理工作。众多原因中，未能合理分析确定软件需求是经常被提到的影响软件项目效果的一个重要因素。企业信息化软件与我们常用的通用商业软件相比较，应用的环境非常具体，功能需求具有相当大的差异性，所以企业信息化软件需求管理相比其他类型通用软件具有很明显的独特性。企业信息化软件项目的需求在项目最初阶段会比较模糊，需求会随着项目进展逐渐演化。而需求演化又往往需要花费一定的时间与资源，并且呈现在一定条件下逐渐涌现的特性，需求会随着时间的推移逐渐表达出来。本文是基于企业信息化软件项目的特点，研究其需求演化规律。通过对信息化软件项目以及类似软件项目管理过程中需求管理的文献研究，分析影响需求复杂性和不确定度的影响因素，将研究过程中所收集到的需求管理、控制的经验结果模型化。探讨制定需求复杂性及不确定度评估方法，实现通过复杂性和不确定度评估来分析确定，合理的、并与复杂程度相匹配的需求分析和变更控制方法。并利用实际案例的应用来说明模型的实用性和使用效果。本文提出的需求分析和变更控制模型使用了模型化的方法，可以根据软件项目需求的复杂性和不确定度，动态合理地选择相应的需求分析活动和变更管理活动，从而实现信息化软件项目需求合理演化，提高需求管理水平，最终提高软件项目的成功率和相关方满意程度。 | |
| 英文摘要： | Enterprise Informationization related work has become an very important part of enterprise operation and development. Enterprise Information System project are also the key of strategic development in enterprises. But Enterprise Information System are not always satisfied, some of them did not meet the expected requirements, but has created a lot of administration work. The key reason for that is the requirement has not been properly defined. Enterprise Information System requirement is unique and differ from common software. Enterprise Information System requirement is not very clear in the beginning of project, it will emerge conditionally, and can be explained gradually during the time. The aim of this thesis is to explore a pattern of requirement evolvement base on Enterprise Information System. Explore key influence factors of requirement complexity and uncertainty based on characters of Enterprise Information System projects and similar projects by Literature research. And design a model by requirement management experiences, Explore a method for planning requirement analysis and control of changing requirements. Also explain how to use the model and try to prove the effectiveness from using the model. The model of Requirement Analysis and Control of Changing Requirement is based on requirement complexity and uncertainty evaluation. The model provides a dynamical method for defining suitable requirement analysis activity and the procedure for control of changing requirements. So that the requirement evolvement is very much reasonable, also improve the management of project requirement, to get more projects to be satisfied and successful. | |
