中文摘要:水资源问题己经成为 21 世纪全球最为关注的焦点问题。我国是水资源大国,但随着经济的迅速发展、人口的增加及城市化进程的推进,总体呈现用水量不断上升和水污染不断加重的严重问题。这迫切需要发挥水务行业的保障作用。随着水务市场大门的打开,国外许多大型水务企业纷纷进入国内抢占市场。国外企业如何根据其行业特点,制定科学的发展战略,对我国水务公司的发展有着极其重要的借鉴意义。本文运用战略管理基本理论及战略分析工具,对V公司进行内外部环境分析、竞争战略选择和实施。本文介绍了战略管理的基本概念和流程,列举几个战略分析工具:宏观环境分析PEST模型、行业竞争环境分析五力模型,以及分析企业优劣势和机会威胁的SWOT模型。首先对V公司从宏观环境及行业竞争环境两个方面进行外部环境分析。宏观环境分析使用PEST模型,从政治法律、经济、社会和技术等几个方面进行详细的阐述。行业竞争环境分析使用五力模型,从供方的议价能力、买方的议价能力、新侵入者的威胁、替代产品的威胁和产业竞争者的竞争强度五个方面进行详细的分析。通过PEST模型分析和五力模型分析,使用SWOT模型中的外部机遇和威胁分析,得出水务企业的外部环境情况。对V公司进行一个简要的介绍,对它的价值链进行分析,结合SWOT模型分析得出其内部的优劣势。通过内外部环境分析,结合V公司的使命和战略目标,对成本领先战略、产异化战略和聚焦战略三种战略进行具体分析比较,最终选择了成本领先战略作为V公司的最优战略,并加以研究。 
英文摘要:Water problem had become universal in the 21st century. China has abundant water resource, which comes down because of rapid economygrowth,quick city integration and smart of serious pollution. It requires that water industry should be fully used urgently. Market of water industry is opened to the foreign countries. Then, we can study their ways for working out strategy, so that our own water company can be improved. In this study, according to the basic theories of strategic management and strategic analysis tool for V for internal and external environmental analysis, competition, strategic choice and implementation. This paper introduces the basic concepts of strategic management and strategic management processes, strategic analysis lists several tools: PEST analysis for the macro-environment model for the industry's five forces competitive environment analysis model used to analyze business strengths and weaknesses and opportunities threats SWOT model. First,on the V from the macro environment and industry competitive environment for both the external environment analysis. Industry five forces competitive environment analysis using the model, the bargaining power from the supply side, the buyer's bargaining power, the new intruder threats, threat of substitute products and intensity of industry competition in five competitors for detailed analysis. Second on the V for a brief introduction, its value chain analysis derived its internal strengths and weaknesses. Through internal and external environment analysis, combined with the V’s mission and strategic objectives, basic competitive strategy and combination strategy on the alienation of specific strategic analysis and comparison of these strategies, and cost leadership strategy is selected as the optimal strategy for V company.
