中文摘要:课外辅导是指在课堂教育之外的,家庭购买的额外的教育服务。课外辅导的内容包括对知识体系进行查缺补漏、对学习优秀的学生进行拔尖和培优等。课外辅导,是学生在课余时间接受的学习辅导,是对校内教学的延伸和对基础教育的一种补充。 根据中国教育部网站统计数据显示,2011年中国在校中小学生总数逾1.7亿,2013年逾2亿。在大中城市,70-80%的中小学生会在课后接受各种各样的课外辅导。《2012搜狐教育行业白皮书》指出:课外辅导消费支出大增,占家庭支出第一位。由21世纪教育研究院与社会科学文献出版社联合发布的《教育蓝皮书:中国教育发展报告(2012)》披露:2010年整个中国教育培训市场总值约为7600亿元,预计到2012年将达到9600亿元,每年的复合增长率将达到12%。课外辅导市场是一个潜力非常巨大的新兴刚性需求市场,并且不会因经济周期变化而发生大的波动,现金流充足,所以吸引了很多投资者及从业人员投身于课外辅导机构。 随着国家对教育的重视,并出台一些法律法规加以规范和扶持,创造了更加良好的创业环境,近年来就涌现了一批如新东方、学大教育、学而思教育、安博教育等实力比较雄厚的上市公司。目前,我国中小型课外辅导机构数量众多,但发展规模、发展层次参差不齐,资金实力、师资力量、教学设施、品牌效应无法与实力雄厚的上市公司竞争。要想在众多机构中脱颖而出,只有建立独特的经营管理模式,培育核心竞争力,为客户创造出最大的价值,才能成为客户心中的优选之一。基于对教育行业发展的信心和热爱,笔者作为创始人之一,于2012年建立了天津育学教育机构,以“社区学校”为思路,从事中小学课外辅导,针对小学、初中、高中学生进行基础教育文化课、学习技巧和心理等专项辅导。 本文先从宏观角度分析了我国自建国以来教育理论的演化,对民办中小学课外辅导机构的发展现状、特点、问题、趋势和前景,以及天津市场状况进行了深入研究;又结合天津育学教育机构创业实践,从微观角度深度思考了目前经营发展现状、存在问题和发展前景,提出了未来经营管理的方向和优化措施,以期对我国民办课外辅导机构发展,尤其是解决初创阶段问题提供一定借鉴。 论文共分7章,第1章绪论对论文的选题背景与研究意义进行分析,对研究内容和研究方法进行阐述,按照研究技术路线画出技术路线图,并提出本文的创新点。第2章对相关研究进行回顾,首先按照不同的阶段回顾了我国教育理论的演化,并与国外的教育理论进行对比分析。第3章对民办中小学课外辅导机构的现状进行分析,着重分析了天津市中小学课外辅导机构的现状。第4章描述了天津育学教育机构的产生与发展状况,并且分析了影响其产生与发展的因素。第5章从创业团队、创业动机、组织结构、管理制度、人才培养与激励、成本与盈利、生源情况与风险控制等角度,分析了天津育学教育机构经营管理的现状和问题。第6章针对天津育学教育经营管理中存在的问题提出优化措施,分析了如何保证措施的实施,并且对未来业务方向转型和业务模式转型提出建议。第7章给出本文结论与启示,正确的经营管理理念要能够兼顾市场需求与本机构自身的特点,独特的经营模式和优秀的人才都是辅导机构核心竞争力的来源。  
英文摘要:Tutoring refers to the education out of class, which is an educational service that a family buys. Extracurricular training includes filling gaps in knowledge system, making the top-notch students outclassed. It is the extension of the school teaching, and is a supplement to the basic education. Chinese Ministry of education website statistics show that in 2011, the number of Chinese school students will be more than 170,000,000; in 2013 it will be over 200,000,000. In the big city, about 70-80% 70-80% of primary and secondary school students will accept a wide variety of extracurricular counseling. 2012 Sohu Education Industry white paper pointed out: tutoring spending exceed real estate spending. The Blue Book of Education: China Education Development Report (2012), issued by twenty-first Century jointly by the Institute of education and Social Science Document Publishing House points out in 2010 the entire education training market in China will be valued at about 760,000,000,000 yuan, and is expected to become 960,000,000,000 yuan by 2012, whose compound growth rate will reach 12% per year.After-school tutoring market is a potential huge new market, and does not suffer a large fluctuation with the changes in the economic cycle. Sufficient cash flow attracts a lot of investors involved in extracurricular counseling organization. Along with the country's emphasis on education,and introduction of a number of laws and regulations to support,a more favorable business environment is created. In recent years a number of relatively strong strength emerges, such as the New Oriental Education, science and education, ember educations, which are listed. However, small and medium-sized institutions cannot be compared with these giants. Therefore, these small school extracurricular counseling organizations, in order to make their own brand, have to pay more attention to the management of educational institutions, establish a unique business model and try to create maximum value for customers. Because of the passion about education, as one of the cofounders, I built Tianjin Nutrition Education in 2012. It aims at the Community School and focuses on primary and secondary school students, and provides basic education. This paper analyzed the evolution of education since the founding of our country's education theory from the macroscopic angle, and research on the extracurricular counseling organization of primary and secondary schools are summarized, based on analyzing the extracurricular counseling organization of private schools in current situation. This paper is divided into 7 chapters. The first chapter is the thesis background and significance of the research and analysis. The research contents and research methods are described, and put forward the innovation of this paper. The second chapter was a review of related research. Firstly, according to the different stages of the evolution of educational theory in China is reviewed, which is compared with the foreign educational theory. The third chapter analyses the current situation of extracurricular counseling organization of private schools, and mainly analyzes the present situation of extracurricular counseling organization in primary and secondary schools in Tianjin city. The fourth chapter describes the development of Tianjin Nutrition Education, and analyzes its impact and the development of it. The fifth chapter analyzes the status and problems of Tianjin education educational institution management from the the perspective of entrepreneurial team, entrepreneurial motivation, organizational structure, management system, personnel training and motivation, cost and profit, sources and risk control aspects,. In the sixth chapter, the existing problems of Tianjin Nutrition Education are points out in management and we tries to optimize them. The seventh chapter is the conclusion and enlightenment. The correct management theory focuses both on the market and the characteristics of the company itself. Unique management patters and brilliant human resources are the key to the competitiveness of a corporation.
