中文摘要:新世纪以来,瞬息万变的市场环境影响着每一个企业,随着网络技术、电子商务的蓬勃发展,全球一体化正逐步形成,顾客越来越追求个性化的消费,企业围绕顾客开展各种各样的竞争,生存环境日益严峻,新的市场环境使得传统普遍使用的的大规模生产方式已经很难适。今后的生产趋势将是大规模定制生产模式将取代原有的生产模式。 G公司是一家外资企业,成立于1958年,经过60多的发展,已成长为全球电子企业的领军企业。主要事业集中在数码显示器、媒体信息通信、数码家电等三大中心,作为一家世界500强的家电企业,在市场的挑战中不断学习创新,不断发展壮大。本文共分为六章,第一章是本课题的研究背景及研究意义,从制造业的发展历程来说明现在生产模式已经进入了大规模定制时期,并阐述大规模定制的目的和意义。第二章是相关理论回顾,阐述了大规模定制理论,大规模定制特点和实施步骤。第三章介绍了G公司的运营和产品特征,然后通过五力模型来阐述G公司实施大规模定制生产的动因以及相关行业大规模定制的现况。第四章和第五章是本论文的重点。其中第四章介绍了G公司大规模定制的方案设计,包括开发阶段的模块化设计、供应阶段的延迟策略、生产阶段的柔性化生产体系的构筑和供应商、客户之间的信息平台GERP系统的建立等方案。第五章介绍了G公司大规模定制的推进情况,包括组织保障,计划保障以及最终实施的特征。最后一章是结论和展望。总结本文中一些研究成果以及不足之处,通过不断地研究和实践,期待未来会有一个好的研究成果。 
英文摘要:Entering the new century, the market environment varies from minute to minute which impact every enterprise a lot. With the rapid development of network technology and electronic commerce, the global integration is gradually formed. With customers’ increasingly pursuit to personalized consumption, enterprises carry out a variety of competition, and the living environment is becoming more and more severe. The common used traditional mass production methods have been difficult to adapt the new market environment, and the mass customization production model will replace the original one in future. G Company, a foreign enterprise, which founded in 1958, after the development of over 60 years, has grown into a global electronics business leader. Focusing on digital display, media information communication and digital home appliances three main business, also as one of the world top 500 enterprises, G company makes continuous learning, innovation and development when facing market challenges. This paper is divided into six chapters, the first chapter is the research background and the significance of this research, the development process from manufacturing to now production has entered the mass customization era, and expounds the purpose and meaning of mass customization. The second chapter is the review of the related theories, elaborated the theory of mass customization, mass customization features and implementation steps. The third chapter introduces the operation and product characteristics of G Company, and then through the five forces model to explain the status of G company motivation of mass customization and related industry of mass customization. The fourth chapter introduces the design scheme of G Company to mass customization, including the development phase of the modular design, supply stage delay strategy. The fifth chapter introduces G Company to mass customization process, including the organizational guarantee, guarantee and the characteristics of the final implementation plan. The last chapter is the conclusion and prospect. Summary in this paper some research achievements and shortcomings, through continuous research and practice, expecting to have a good future research results.
