中文摘要:精益生产起源于丰田生产方式,由于其为各个国家的企业带来了非常高的经济效益所以管理学术界与制造业均不约而同的将研究方向转移到精益生产方向上来。到目前为止,一批又一批的公司与企业已经认可精益生产。精益生产方式提倡的是及时生产,持续改进,其提出的价值流,目视管理,标准化以及连续流等分析问题的方法能有效的消除和降低生产过程中所造成的各种各样的资源消耗和浪费,从而确保缩短生产周期,提高质量,降低库存和提高生产效率的目的。 S公司是目前国内最大的半导体芯片生产商。伴随着全球半导体芯片产业的快速发展与市场越发激烈的竞争趋势。S公司对于推行精益生产方式,建立精益生产文化有着强烈的要求。本文通过对于S公司的背景分析,提出了S公司推行精益生产所需要的推进策略、组织、原则、步骤与方式等诸多问题并且分析了精益推进的实施效果。总结了S公司在推行精益过程中的经验教训以及未来发展问题,对国内同类型制造企业在实施精益生产的方针策略上起到了很好的借鉴和指导作用。 本文通过对于行业特点和历史经验的总结,参考相关资料,对S公司推行精益生产提出了整体的精益架构和精益推进步骤。本文不仅提出了S公司在精益生产管理中推行的基本要素目视管理、全员生产维护、持续改进等,还创新性的提出了拉动式生产调度系统以及网上看板等生产技术应用。在精益文化建设的问题上对于以人为本,持续改善等思想也做出了非常详细的研究。通过精益生产在S公司的成果与实践,说明精益生产的方式必然能够提高整体企业的生命力与竞争力。 
英文摘要:Lean production originated in the Toyota production system, its distinctive features and economic benefits has been recognized in the world manufacturing and management academic circles. So far, lean production has been accepted by more and more enterprises and companies. Lean production mode advocated is timely production, continuous improvement (Kaizen), it puts forward the value stream, visual management, standardization and continuous flow analytical method can effectively eliminate the production process of all kinds of waste, shorten the production cycle, improve quality, reduce inventory and improve production efficiency. S company is currently the nation's largest semiconductor chip maker. Along with the rapid development of the global semiconductor chip industry and the trend of the increasingly fierce market competition, S company has the strong requirement in implementing lean production mode and set up lean culture. Based on the analysis of the background for S company, we put forward the company S needed to implement the lean production to promote strategy, organization, principle, steps and methods, and many other problems and analyze the effect of lean forward. S company is summarized in the process of implementing lean, lessons learned and future development. All of this played a very good reference and guidance to the domestic same type manufacturing enterprises in the implementation of lean production strategy. Base on the summary of the characteristics and historical experience, reference related information, the paper puts forward the overall architecture and steps on the S company implement lean manufacturing. This paper not only puts forward the S company in lean production management in the implementation of the basic elements of visual management, total production maintenance, Kaizen etc., and also the innovative pull production scheduling system and the Kanban production technologies such as online applications. On the issue of lean culture construction for people-oriented, continuous improvement ideas the study also made a very detailed research. Through the practice and achievements of lean production in S company, the study proves the lean production mode can enhance the overall vitality and competitiveness of the enterprise.
