中文摘要：	战略变革在企业运营过程中扮演着越来越重要的地位，不仅是内部工作流程需要改进以提升效率或者组织结构需要优化调整都会驱动变革，外部环境也影响着战略变革的发生和成败。如何驱动成功的战略变革，即是本文所探讨的主题。 本文应用多案例研究和文献回顾的方法，明确界定战略变革的定义和形式，多视角探索战略变革，透过其他研究学者对战略变革如何成功的驱动因素理论帮助发现和提炼并由此拓展哪些实际因素驱动战略最终实现。通过四个曾任职过的跨国公司经历的战略变革的成败--Danaher企业全球框架协议的影响以及—开拓生产线之战略变革，--PPG企业涂料生产线改革以及--投资前瞻性战略变革和—并购式玛卡龙涂料公司带来的战略适应性，--NNE企业战略扩张-停不下来的不归路，以及Otis企业中国区适应美国总部战略布局变革，--技术革新战略的胜利以及城市战略转移的变革—利用框架统一分析来归纳战略变革驱动因素和论证驱动战略变革的成功因素。 随着企业整合的进行，更多的企业参与并购当中，竞争的日益全球化给企业带来巨大的竞争压力；同时技术的飞速进步也迫使企业接受新技术，改变工作模式、工作流程及与供应商和消费者之间的关系。本文即通过跨国公司多案例分析为企业在实际运营过程中的变革决策提供宝贵的学习借鉴和经验参考，具有一定的理论和实践意义。
英文摘要：	Strategic change is attaching more and more importance in company operation. Internal process workflow improvement for high efficiency as well as optimize organization, all will drive change. In addition, external environment will also lead to the success or failure of the strategic change. How to impact the successful strategy change, it is the purpose to write this thesis. This thesis uses multiple cases study and literature search to definitely define the strategic change and explore from different point of view. Find out the factors driving strategy completion, which is illuminated by listening to other scholars’ voice. This thesis selects four multinational corporation strategy change cases including success and failure case and takes use of frame analysis to conclude the way of strategy change and key successful impact factors. The four multinational corporation strategy cases including—Danaher Motion global package agreement--adaptability of production line expansion, --PPG coating production line reform--investment prospective--adaptability of merging Sigmakalon company,--NNE strategy expansion—Non-stopping failure and adaptability of Otis global strategy—technology innovation and city strategy migration. With company merge & acquisition proceeding, more and more enterprises are involved into this combination. Global competition has brought huge pressure and high-speed technology development also enforce company to make change, accept new technology and improve work flow as well as relation with supplier and customer. This thesis can provide lessons and learnt experience for company actual operation via multiple cases analysis. To some extent, it also embodies the significant meaning in theory and practice.
