中文摘要:摘 要现代企业获得竞争优势的基础,已经超出了单个企业自身的能力和资源范围,越来越取决于企业与供应链上、下游各环节企业的系统整合和协同运作。市场的竞争已不再是企业与企业的竞争,而是供应链与供应链之间的竞争。本文以科莱恩公司作为研究对象,分析研究了科莱恩公司原有供应链管理体系中存在的问题,提出了改进的目标和内容,从需求管理、供应商管理、生产过程管理三个方面提出了具体的改进方案。首先,本文从协同预测的需求管理、预测方法的改进、组织结构的改进三方面并根据科莱恩公司的实际情况,结合供应链理论提出了需求管理改进方案。从供应商的开发与选择、供应商分类管理及合作关系、供应商绩效考核三方面提出了供应商管理改进方案。其次,本文对生产过程管理改进提出了改进方案,分别从库存管理、物流管理和生产管理三方面并结合科莱恩公司生产过程管理的现状阐述了生产过程管理改进方案。库存管理方面,从库存管理分类及模式的改进、库存控制方法的改进两方面着手进行研究。物流管理改进方面,从第三方物流供应商选择体系的改进、第三方物流供应商评价指标改进提出了改进方案。生产管理方面,从推行多品种中小批量的柔性生产方式、均衡化生产、建立生产绩效考核机制提出了改进方案。这三个方面相互联系,相互促进。最后,需求管理、供应商管理、生产过程管理改进方案相互作用构成了科莱恩公司供应链管理改进方案的核心内容。本文采用理论联系实际的方法,通过供应链管理改进过程中取得的成效,验证了供应链管理改进对企业的价值。同时,本文的方案对类似企业也有借鉴意义。 关键词:供应链管理,协同预测,改进 
英文摘要:Abstract Foundation of modern enterprises to gain competitive advantage, is beyond the range of capacities and resources of the individual company depends more and more on the enterprise and the supply chain, downstream of various elements of the enterprise system integration and collaboration.Competition in the market is no longer the enterprise and Enterprise competition, but competition between supply chain and supply chain management. This article with Clariant companyas the study, analysis of Clariant company original about problems in the supply chain management system, proposed to improve the objectives and content, from requirements management, vendor management, manage three aspects of production process has made specific improvements. First of all, this paper, collaborative forecasting, demand management, improvement, improvement of the organizational structure of the three forecasting methods and according to the actual situation of Clariant company, combined with the theory of supply chain demand management improvement programme was presented.From the development and selection of suppliers, supplier management, and partnerships, vendor performance appraisal vendor management improvement programme was presented in three ways. Second, programme management improvements are proposed to improve the production process, from inventory management, logistics and production management in three areas combined with Clariant company elaborated production process management improvement process management programmes. Inventory management, and improvement of model of inventory management, improved inventory control methods to study two aspects. Improvement of logistics management, third party logistics provider to select third party logistics supplier evaluation index system improvements, improvements are proposed to improve the programme. Production management, from the implementation of flexible production, equalisation of multi variety and small batch production, establish performance measurement mechanisms are proposed to improve the production programme.These three interconnected and mutually reinforcing. Finally, demand management, supplier management, manufacturing process management improvement programme interaction constitute the Clariant company supply chain management to improve the core elements of the programme. Combine theory and practice for this article, effects achieved through improved supply chain management process, verify that the value of supply chain management to improve enterprise.At the same time, programmes for similar companies is helpful also.
