中文摘要:   近年来国内居民可支配收入随着我国经济高速发展不断提高,大部分居民的金融服务需求层次也发生巨大且深刻的变化,因此如何利用目前的资产为未来为未知作打算,是个人产生对于理财及其相应产品的需求的原因。然而,由于个人对于理财和理财相关的产品及知识缺乏深刻的认识,就需要有专业的金融机构为其提供个性化、全方位的资产配置服务,以确保在安全的前提下资产不断增值。而商业银行依据自身的经济实力自然成为了经营个人理财业务的主要金融机构。经过近几年的发展,商业银行的个人理财业务有了很大的突破,服务理念日渐成熟且人性化,理财产品种类更加的丰富多样。   随着我国加入WTO和国内金融业的全面开放,外资银行可以全面经营人民币业务。带有西方发达国家理财经验的一些外资商业银行如火如荼的开启了个人业务的扩张,外资银行个人理财业务模式一直被国内银行模仿学习。他们无论在产品设计上,还是风险管理方面,都对中国国内银行带来了冲击,也带来了新的思路和潮流。外资银行的理财业务在本地化的过程中,既要发挥传统优势,又要完全遵循中国银行业监督管理委员会对于商业银行包括理财业务的各类监管,在困境中寻求发展。但近年来,也不断传出低收益、负收益、误销售等投诉案例,引发对关于商业银行经营个人理财业务的风险管理方面的关注。 因此,外资银行理财业务的风险管理模式具备很强的借鉴性。本文通过对渣打银行个人理财业务的上架产品、销售过程以及内部控制方面的风险管理现状分析,并做出了管理流程化、定向化、全面化的优势分析在应对市场风险、流程繁琐、客户维护和员工反馈中存在问题和风险的分析。针对发现问题,从应对市场风险、提高服务效率和完善内部管理三方面提出改进方案,并将改进方案应用于客户细分、服务模式升级及人力资源开发等方面。并对未来个人业务的发展进行了展望和趋势分析,以期能对今后国内及外资商业银行理财业务的发展提供有价值的参考借鉴。 
英文摘要:   With the rapid economic development and increasing disposable income, the purpose and requirement of people’s financing service has dramatically changing, they need personal financing business to protecting and growing their wealth for the unknown future. However, due to lack knowledge of relevant business, they need more comprehensive, professional, and personalized advices, while the commercial bank has the financial strength and knowledge which can meet the requirement of personal financing. Meanwhile, as the improvement and development of the financial market, the profit focus switching from the traditional business to intermediary business such as personal financing business, which promote the Comprehensive Competitiveness and attract potential and existing customer. The commercial banks experiences dramatically growth and improvement of personal financing business, which categories became abundant and scales became expansion.    As China’s accession to the WTO, the domestic financial industry become more liberalization, while the foreign commercial bank have begun handling RMB business. With the rich experience, they already made huge expansion in Chinese personal financing business, setting good models not only on product development but also on risk management, making challenge and also opportunities for domestic commercial bank. Based on the China Banking Regulatory Commission’s regulation, the foreign bank also need make more effort on localization. Especially due to high volatility of recent economic markets, more complaints about the product’s zero or negative profit has becoming to rise before people’s eyes, which lead more focus on risk management. So there’s strong reference on researching the advantages and disadvantages of risk management of foreign bank’s personal financial business.    As a typical case of effectively risk management on personal financing business, Standard Chartered bank will be analyzed from product release, sales process and internal control, showing the strength of streamlined, orientated and comprehensive on risk management, while also listing the problem on high market risk, complex bureaucratic procedures, customer relationship maintenance, and feedback from staffs. Furthermore, this article try to provide some improvement suggestions on dealing with the market risk, enhancing the service efficiency, perfecting internal management and practicing such suggestions into customer segmentation, customer service and human resource development. Finally, this paper provides a valuable reference with the view on the future of domestic commercial bank financing business development.
