| 中文摘要: | 自从改革开放以来,汽车行业迎来了高速的发展,现在中国现已跻身世界第一汽车消费大国。随着汽车保有量的大幅增长,以及各大汽车厂商对车辆技术含量的不断提升,那些基础素质较低、主要凭借经验进行检验维修的师傅日益被市场淘汰,对于汽车维修行业来说,较高知识水平的维修人才缺口较大。 面对汽修人才缺乏的局面,部门高职院校开始开设相关专业以满足市场的人才需求,但是,这些“90后”的职场新人毕业生的离职问题给企业造成了较大的困扰,为企业在人才招募的成本、人才的连贯性培养等方面都造成了较大的影响,而且对毕业生本身也会产生一些消极的影响。 为了有效帮助企业有效解决该问题,故本文特以此为研究对象,并将天津交通职业学院的2013年汽车检测与维修技术专业的毕业生作为研究主体, 希望通过对他们工作现状的调查,了解到他们产生离职意向和发生离职行为的原因,并希望借助人力资源的相关联理论以及对于离职模型的分析,找出导致他们入职后即发生离职的原因,和一些有效的解决方法,希望能对各企业有一定的借鉴意义。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Since the reform and opening-up, China is becoming the biggest consumption country with the automobile-industry rapid development. Due to the number of automobile ownership increasing and request from automobile dealer enhancing, the technician with low quality is eliminating. As a result, the gap of the skilled workers with high educated is large to the whole industry. Facing the situation of lacking the workers, some of universities have designed the relative courses to satisfy market. However, the enterprises are puzzled by the problem that the post 90s fresh-men quit the position. It affect the companies the cost of enrolling, coherence in culture and graduates at the negative side. As guideline to solve the puzzle problem for the enterprises, the thesis, based on graduates from Tianjin Transportation Vocational College on 2013, aim to understand the reason of graduates leaving, by questionnaire established working situation. At the same time, the paper find the reason for quitting job and result in some solution by utilizing the theory of human resources and analyst the model of employee turnover. | |
