中文摘要：	在一个制造型企业中,生产活动是最重要的经营活动,因为它直接创造企业的效益。一个企业的生产制造过程中的管理是否在同行业中具有竞争优势，直接决定了企业在市场竞争中的地位，决定着企业是否可以在同行业竞争中处于优势的状态，决定企业是否可以在市场竞争中得到持续的发展。生产经营活动的改善是以顾客的要求为导向的，在整个改善活动过程中是以满足顾客需求为目的，对生产现场的各种生产要素进行资源优化，实现合理的布局与配置，从而减少生产活动过程中的不增值活动，提高生产的效率，降低生产成本，提高产品品质。整体目标是提高企业在行业中的竞争优势。本文首先对精益生产的背景、意义进行分析研究，对精益生产的起源及内涵，常用的改善工具等进行了分析，对精益生产的核心理念及基本思想进行了深入的剖析，对其中的持续改善及减少浪费进行深入的论述，为后期的实际实施及应用奠定了坚实的基础，然后结合制造型企业在生产经营活动中面临的问题，对在企业中如何实施精益生产活动进行了深入的时间与探讨，以建立一套适合中国目前制造型企业实施精益生产的方法。然后，本文从企业实施精益生产的基础的建立分析，对整个企业的生产过程进行价值流分析，找出企业生产经营活动中的问题，并且针对企业中存在的问题，针对性的实施标准化作业，看板管理等改善活动，提高企业的生产效率，产品品质，提高劳动利用率，减少库存，减低企业的生产成本。最后,以ＷＴ公司为实际的研究应用主体，在WT公司内部实施精益生产的应用实施,对本文的理论体系进行实践研究，对实施前后的结果进行对比，其结果表明，精益生产在制造企业中的应用可以给企业带来巨大的好处。在制造型企业实施精益生产，可以改善生产现场的环境，提高员工的工作士气，提高生产效率及产品品质，减少生产活动中的浪费，降低生产成本，提高顾客的满意度，提高企业的总和竞争力。
英文摘要：	In a manufacturing enterprise, production activities is the most important business activities, because of it creates the benefit of enterprises directly. An enterprise's production management has a competitive advantage in the same industry, determines the status of competition in the market and the enterprise can be in the advantage in the same industry competition state. The production and business operation activity is guided by the requirements. In order to meet customer requirements, a company has to improve the process of production management, include the resource optimization, the layout configuration, reducing the unvalued production activities in the process, to improve production efficiency, reducing production the cost, improving the quality of the products. The overall goal is to improve the enterprise competitive advantage in the industry. First of all, the thesis analyzed the background, significance, origin and the connotation of lean production, researched the core concept of lean production and the basic thought, discussed the continuous improvement and the reducing waste, combined with the manufacturing enterprises are facing in the course of production and operation problems, focus on how to implement lean production in the manufacturing enterprises, in order to establish a set of system for China's current manufacturing enterprises. Then, this thesis aimed how to establish lean production in manufacturing enterprise, analyzed the value stream of the production process, found out the problem in the enterprise production and management process, implemented standards of production, Kanban management to improve production efficiency, product quality, labor utilization rate and reduce inventory, reduce the manufacture cost of enterprises. Finally, the system is put into WT Co, Ltd. to resolve the problem of production management. Compare the different result, the results show that, the application of lean production in manufacturing enterprises can bring great benefits to enterprises
