| 中文摘要: | 随着我国企业改革的不断深入,现代企业越来越关注战略规划和绩效管理。近年来,中国大力发展航空制造业,将其作为战略性产业,体现国家科技进步、整体实力上升的代表性产业,中航工业集团秉承“航空报国、强军富民”的使命,提出“两融三新五化万亿”的战略,但是TAEMC作为国有军工企业,管理机制落后和缺乏先进管理理念等问题,严重制约企业战略的实现。 在这样的背景下,TAEMC公司高层管理者认真阅读和思考了战略管理的理论和知识,在充分分析国营军工企业的历史背景和实际情况的基础上,建议使用先进的战略管理工具—平衡计分卡提升绩效管理水平,实现战略落地。本文首先阐述了平衡计分卡基本理论,描述了航空制造企业TAEMC公司实施平衡计分卡的过程,指出了实施平衡计分卡提升企业整体管理水平的现实意义。TAEMC公司立足企业实际,进行详尽的产业、环境分析、制定出严谨的战略目标;然后绘制了战略地图,确立了公司级、职能部门以及员工个人的关键绩效指标,构建起以平衡计分卡为统领的战略管理体系,为企业战略落地提供了有效途径。本文不仅对TAEMC公司推进平衡计分卡的方案进行了研究,同时也可为中国企业推进战略执行的管理提供借鉴。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Along with the China pushing enterprises reform in depth, Chinese enterprises pay more attention on the performance and strategy management. Aviation manufacture enterprises as national strategic industry and nation rising symbol, not only push forward science development, but also drives economic growth, so, its strategy fulfillment arise great attention from around the country . In recent years, aviation industry corporate proposes strategy of “two integration, three innovation , five development, trillion revenues” .However , the strategy is not effectively fulfilled due to management team lack of experience and inefficient communication with the staff members. The author carefully read and deeply think of the theory and knowledge of strategy management, and propose a new strategy management tool------Balance Score Card (BSC) after completely analyzing historic background and practical situation. The author proposes the view of applying Balance Score Card into aviation manufacture industry through expounding Balance Score Card basic theory and aviation manufacture industry strategic target , This thesis describes custom-made TAEMC strategy management system, drafts strategy map, defines key factors and KPI to ensure strategy success, this thesis provides effective approach for strategy fulfillment, which not only makes study on Balance Score Card implement plan , but also provides reference for Chinese enterprises efforts on pushing strategy performance. | |
