| 中文摘要: | 摘 要 进入21世纪以来,中国汽车行业尽管仍然存在产业结构不合理、自主开发能力薄弱等问题,但整个行业还是实现了高速发展,从2001年到2010年的10年时间,中国汽车产销量就双双超过1800万辆,跃居全球第一;近年国家“十二五”发展规划出台,对于汽车产业的发展提出“我国要从汽车大国向汽车强国转变”的目标,而且随着人力和汇率等带来的国内原材料价格的“上涨”,以及汽车工业对于零部件的大批量生产的质量控制也越加严格,因此在如此大的需求量的背景下,尤其是在作为汽车工业上游的汽车零部件尤其是精密或者较为精密和复杂的零部件的生产就面临自动化产业升级的机遇和挑战,也就为自动化设备行业的发展带来了机会。 FMC天津有限公司是以生产定制化汽车用换热器自动化生产设备为主要产品的英国公司,规模较小,产品专业化程度较高,所在行业领域相对较窄。本文主要针对FMC天津有限公司供应链系统中存在的资金流管理问题、物料供应及时性问题、物料供应质量稳定性问题及价格问题,结合企业自身的管理特点,从供应链的外部和内部两个方面进行分析并针对分析结果给出相应的解决方案,并对相关的改善方案以及改善方向的效果结合实际进行了评价,进而改善企业在供应链管理中存在的问题,增强企业供应链管理效率,从而提高企业的供应链管理水平并最终增加企业的利润及收益。 21世纪供应链居于主导地位,供应链管理和改善程度在企业当中,特别是竞争激烈的制造型企业中尤其是对于规模较小的中型及小微企业而言有着至关重要的作用。本文希望通过对FMC天津有限公司供应链管理的研究和探索出的针对其中存在问题的改善方案和改善方向可以在提高本企业的竞争力的同时,对于广大的中小及微型企业的供应链管理提供一定的参考和借鉴。 关键词:供应链管理,中小企业,定制化,自动化 | |
| 英文摘要: | ABSTRACT From year 2001 to 2010, China’s auto industry realized high-speed development with domestic manufacturing and sales quantities more than 18Mil sets to be No. 1 worldwide after stepping into 21 century although existence problems as less optimization of industrial structure, weakness of self-development ability and so on; these years, the 12th five-year development planning sets target for China’s auto industry as to transform from big country to strong power, also with price increasing of domestic material supplement due to manpower and exchange rate as well as more and more strict quality requirements, providing growth chance to automation industry especially for production up-gradation of precise, less-precise or complicated components from upstream. FMC Tianjin Co., Ltd is an small-scale UK company focusing mainly on narrow market segmentation of customer-tailored heat exchanger production automatic equipments. Herein, the paper mainly study on supply chain management(SCM) problems as cash flow management, material supplement punctuality, quality stability and cost control issues with consideration of enterprise management characteristics and supply chain internal and external analysis to give improvement solutions and directions as well as relevant effectiveness, leading to improvement of SCM problems, enhancement of SCM efficiency, better SCM level and growth of benefits and profits. SCM will be prioritized in 21 century and is critically important for enterprises particularly for small and mid-sized enterprises(SME) even for micro-scale companies under the background of furious competition. It’s expected to enhance enterprise’s competition via study conclusions of improvement solutions and directions as well as providing reference for plenty of SME and even micro-scale companies.
