中文摘要:我国中小企业的发展对我国的经济发展起到至关重要的作用。但因中小企业资金有限、人员不足、生产规模较小、企业运作不规范、没有专业的管理人员等特点,使得中小企业容易受到产业环境、宏观政策等外在因素的影响,无法主动去适应外在因素的变化。面对现状,现存的中小企业该如何开拓发展,定位适合自身的竞争战略,形成自己独有的竞争优势,是摆在每个中小企业面前最现实问题。本文即围绕竞争战略问题进行研究。亿联电子公司(苏州亿联电子有限公司)是一家生产压电陶瓷的企业,成立已有十一年,但始终处于一种缓慢发展的过程。实际上这种发展态势也是广大中小企业共存的一种态势,故本文以亿联电子公司作为中小企业的一个典型进行深入研究。本文先对亿联电子公司的总体情况进行简述,后综合运用PESTEL分析法与五力模型分析法对亿联电子公司的外部环境进行分析,运用价值链分析法对亿联电子公司的内部资源进行分析。最后运用SWOT分析法和三种竞争战略理论对外部环境与内部资源进行归总,分析得出与亿联电子公司最匹配的竞争战略。同时,为这种竞争战略的实施提出相应的具体保障措施。本文认为,亿联电子公司应采取差异化的竞争战略。在具体措施上,应在产权结构、组织结构、内部管理上进行改进。本文希望通过对亿联电子公司的研究,对我国中小企业的不断发展起到借鉴作用。 
英文摘要:The development of SMEs(small and medium enterprises) plays an important role in China's economic development. But because of some characteristics ,for example limited funds, shortage of staffs, the smaller scale of production, nonstandard business operation, no professional management personnel and other characteristics, the SMEs are always vulnerable to the industry environment and the macro policy factors, and Unable to take the initiative to adapt to changes of external factors, Facing these kinds of difficulties, how to develop, how to locate suitable competitive strategy, and how to form their own competitive advantage, are real problems placed before SMEs. So this paper concentrates on the research of competitive strategy. Yilian electronic company(SuZhou Yilian electronic Co., ltd)is a manufacturer of piezoelectric ceramics, and was founded eleven years ago, but always in a slow process of development. In fact, this kind of trend is always happening in all SMEs, So Yilian electronic, as a typical SME is studied deeply in this paper. Firstly, this paper gives a brief description of the general situation of Yilian electronic. Then analysis the external environment by using Five Forces, and analysis internal resources of Yilian electronic by using Value Chain. Finally this paper Sums up the external environment and internal resources by using SWOT and Three Competitive Strategies, so as to choose the competitive strategy suitable to Yilian electronic company. At the same time, this paper puts forward specific measures for the implementation of strategy. The paper points out that Yilian electronic company should adopt Differentiation Competitive Strategy. In concrete measures, should be improved in the structure of property rights, organization structure, internal management. Author hope that the paper can be a reference to the sustainable development of China's SMEs.
