| 中文摘要: | 改革开放以来,特别是90年代以后,我国社会主义经济发展水平取得了长足的进步,人民生活和消费水平有了显著的提高,对物质文化的需求日益增长。尤其是家电领域的消费成倍地增长。随着近年来科技水平的提高,我国进入了一个家电产品更新换代的时期,对新产品功能及个性化需求日益提高,以满足个人对生活水平提高的要求。促使家电企业的竞争更加严重,在这种情况下,企业为了生存和可持续发展,新产品开发项目管理系统的构筑是十分必要的。企业的惟一目的是满足顾客与创造顾客,这其中最重要的就是为顾客设计满足他们需求的新产品。这正说明了新产品开发对于企业发展的重要性,关系到企业的生存和可持续发展。但新产品开发的过程往往是复杂而且困难的。此外,在消费者需求的快速变化和科学技术的迅速发展的市场环境影响下,也大大缩短了产品的生命周期,企业为了增强竞争力,高效率地开发有竞争力的新产品是十分必要的。为此,众多企业为了新产品开发成功建立了科学高效的开发项目管理系统。本论文正是针对上述问题,以G公司(合资企业,全球知名家电制造商)的新产品开发项目管理系统为研究对象,在深入分析现行新产品开发项目管理系统的基础上,本人综合项目管理理论结合自身从事多年研发工作的实践经验,对G公司新产品开发项目管理系统的组织结构,阶段别流程和评价体系等作了创新性和探索性研究。主要内容为:全文共分六部分。第一部分即绪论部分介绍了论文选题的背景意义,研究方法和主要内容。第二部分,主要归纳了新产品开发项目管理方面的国内外相关理论研究现况,阐述了研究相关的基础理论。第三部分分析了G公司现行的新产品开发项目管理组织结构和开发流程特点,总结目前存在的问题。第四部分,针对现存问题和G公司现状,依照项目管理的理论方法,对新产品开发项目管理系统进行优化与构建。第五部分,G公司优化的新产品开发项目管理系统的实例应用。最后,本论文总结了主要的研究结论,并概括阐述和说明了本论文的不足点和未来的研究方向展望。论文通过以上几个方面的研究与阐述,说明了G公司优化后新产品开发项目管理系统实施的步骤和方法,以期对家用电器和其相似的制造型企业及相类似的行业在新产品开发项目管理方面提供一些有用的参考。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Since the reform and opening, especially after the 90s, China's socialist economic development has made remarkable achievements, People's life and the consumption level has improved significantly, the growing demand for life’s level. Drive in the field of Home Appliance consumption growing exponentially. With the improvement of science and technology in recent years, we have entered a period of electrical appliances product upgrading, increasing demand for new product features and personalized, in order to meet the individual demand for higher standards of living. Electrical appliances enterprise competition is more serious, in this case, the enterprise to survive and sustainable development, building of new product development project management system is very necessary. Enterprise's purpose is to satisfy customers and to create customers, this is one of the most important for customers to design new products to meet their requirements. That suggests the new product development for the importance of enterprise development, is related to the survival and sustainable development of enterprises. But the new product development process is complex and difficult. In addition in the rapid development of science and technology and the demands of consumers under the environment of rapid change, also greatly shorten the product life cycle, in order to strengthen the competitiveness of the enterprises, and effectively develop competitive new products is very necessary. Therefore, many enterprises to establish a scientific and efficient new product development project management systems. In this thesis, In G company (joint venture, the global well-known home appliance enterprises) of new product development project management system as the research object, the in-depth analysis of the current new product development project management system, I combined with their own experience, summarizes the theory of project management, engaged in the work of many years research and development, In G company's new product development project management system of organization structure, phase process and evaluation system for the innovative and exploratory research. The main contents as follows: There are six Sections totally. Introduction section, introduced the paper selected topic background significance, research methods and main content. The second Section, mainly summarizes the new product development project management related theory and the related basic theory research status at domestic and overseas. The third Section, Analysis the current G company new product development project management organizational structure, and the characteristics of the development process, Summarizes the existing problems. 4th Section, In view of the existing problems and current situation of G company in accordance with the method of project management theory, optimize build the new product development project management system. 5th Section, optimization of G company as example of new product development project management system. Finally section, this thesis summarizes the main research conclusions, and pointed out the shortcomings of this paper and the research directions in future. In this thesis, through the above several aspects of research and the elaboration, explains the G company after optimization of new product development project management system implementation steps and methods, For home electrical appliance enterprises and similar industry company and others industry in new product development project management to provide some useful reference. | |
