中文摘要：	当可持续发展这一理念成为全世界人类的共识之际，“绿色革命”也就在建筑界悄然兴起。建筑活动过程中的环境管理在全球性环境管理中有着举足轻重的决定性地位。围绕着可持续发展这一基本原则，低污染、低能耗、高环保性能的绿色建筑的营造将成为目前和将来建筑业发展的趋势。在此过程中，针对符合绿色建筑星级标准的建筑活动的工程管理的研究就有其必要性和适用性。工程管理是为了满足工程的目标，对工程中所有的工作包括工程所有者、设计者、工程具体实施者等进行的工作的管理。本文通过对国内外绿色建筑工程管理的研究现状、国外绿色建筑工程评价方法及绿色建筑工程管理理论依据三方面阐述了绿色建筑工程管理理论的内容及其实际意义。通过绿色建筑的相关理论中关于绿色建筑的内涵和定义以及绿色建筑的评价方法，本文进行了绿色建筑星级标准办公楼独特性分析及针对绿色建筑星级标准办公楼工程管理中的主要问题在理论上提出了相应的应对措施，为实际工程中的绿色建筑工程管理提供了相应理论指导。本文采用文献分析的方法对绿建工程管理理论进行系统研究分析，将相关的理论观点进行归纳总结，并对科研用办公楼的特点进行分析，通过类比、对照方法进行讨论研究，提出应用绿建工程管理理论提高管理效率，提升工程管理水平的方法。本文从规划设计、施工、运营阶段绿色施工管理遇到的管理重难点问题出发，结合理论，提出了为参与绿色建筑星级标准评价的种种具体解决措施。本文还利用例证分析法，通过对规划院科研楼工程的实践中绿建工程管理方法分析和研究，提高研究成果的通用性、可推广性和可操作性，总结归纳出如何应用绿色建筑工程管理理论对国内拟创绿色建筑工程管理的方法，对今后工程的实际管理有一定借鉴意义。
英文摘要：	When the concept of sustainable development as the world on the occasion of the consensus of humanity, the "green revolution” also quietly rising in the construction industry. Construction activities environmental management in the process of global environmental management has a pivotal decisive position. Around the basic principle of sustainable development, low pollution, low energy consumption and high environmental performance and create green building construction will become current and future trends. In this process, the standard for compliance star green building construction project management research activities have its necessity and applicability. Project Management is designed to meet the project objectives; the project includes all the work project owners, designers, and project specific actors such as the management of the work carried out. Based on the domestic and international green building project management research status, foreign green building and green building engineering evaluation method based on three aspects of project management theory expounded green building project management theory content and practical significance. Through green building theories regarding the meaning and definition of green building and green building evaluation methods, the paper carried a green building -star standard office unique analysis and green building -star standard office building for project management of the main issues in theory, put forward the corresponding countermeasures for the actual project green building project management provides the corresponding theoretical guidance. In this paper, the method of literature analysis green building project management theory research and analysis system , the relevant theoretical perspectives , summarized , and the research carried out by analyzing the characteristics of the project office , by analogy , the control methods are discussed research proposes the application of green construction management theory to improve management efficiency , improve project management approach. In this paper, planning and design, construction, construction management operation phases green heavy and difficult problems encountered in management, combined with theory, a star for participating green building standard evaluation measures in the various specific solutions. This article also uses examples analysis, through the Planning Institute research practice green building project construction management analysis and research to improve the versatility of research results, and operability can be extended to summarize how to apply green building project management China intends to create the theory of green building project management method, the actual management of future projects will provide experience.
