英文摘要：	As the time proceeding,Social development has entered a new period of knowledge economy, the western countries and the springing out the phenomenon of self-employed business this in our country, the business has gradually become the hottest topic, also is one of the most challenging activity behavior. Since China's reform and opening up, as the movement of our country marketing economy, more and more individuals and groups have joined the self –employed business . constantly emerge more growth of small and medium-sized enterprises and high-tech enterprises, the development of these enterprises has been full of vitality, full of vitality, the enterprise also gradually become the new force of the social sustainable development. So, the government, and academia, are pay much attention to the entrepreneurship. TianQi technology company was founded in 2010 with registered capital of 2 million in ShenYang China. TianQi technology is the emerging high-tech firms which have IT consulting, software application and exploiting environment, system integration network , manufacturing and marketing of IT products. Its main business including IT project consulting(software solution, intelligence solution, information system framework scheme), software development implementation（oriental and custom development and general software development）, system integration project implement(software and hardware network integration, intelligent building technology integration and weak current erection work), production marketing(software, hardware sales agent IT products). The company has established a complete administrative and service system with strong R&D capability as well. Our service tenet is” Base on innovation service upmost” to provide high quality pre-sale and after-sale service. The vision of TianQi technology is to become the expert of enterprises informatization management. To make a high pertinency and great usability information-based business solutions. To become an indispensability outsourcing company for enterprises on information management and information services. The thesis based on the review of the enterprise life cycle, the venture enterprise and uniqueness of venture enterprise growth theory , which were using the PEST model, five model analysis and SWOT analysis method, according to the company facing the macro, meso and micro circumstances detailed analysis and draw a conclusion on ensuring TianQi technology companies to adopt growth strategy, strategic goals and tactical .the TianQi technology company strategy implementation content are finally put forward. In the paper we put forward that we should strengthen many sides of work on software and integrated business planning, enterprise culture construction, incentive policies, technological innovation and new product development and so on, which will strongly guarantee the smooth implementation of growth strategy.
