| 中文摘要: | 随着新闻出版体制改革和市场发展的需要,纸质出版企业亟需建立一套以企业战略为导向,通过绩效考核指标体系将日常管理与企业战略之间进行有效的承接和联系的绩效管理机制。平衡计分卡作为企业提高核心竞争力,进行科学绩效管理的有效工具,从前期战略分析、绘制战略规划图,到编制公司、部门、员工各个层面的平衡计分卡绩效计划,再到反馈并修正平衡计分卡,公司战略贯穿于绩效管理的各个环节,能够实现绩效管理与公司战略规划的有效结合,对纸质出版企业有着十分重要的意义。 本文以MDZ公司为研究对象,在对MDZ公司现状及绩效管理水平的分析的基础上,运用平衡计分卡绩效管理体系的理论和技术方法,设计出符合MDZ公司战略目标的绩效管理体系。全文分为五个部分:第一部分是绪论,对本文研究的背景和意义、主要内容、思路方法进行了论述。第二部分是理论综述,对绩效、绩效管理及平衡计分卡相关理论进行综述。第三部分对MDZ公司概况及现状、绩效管理中存在的问题,以及实行平衡计分卡绩效管理体系的必要性进行论述。第四部分是论文的重点,主要内容包括平衡计分卡绩效管理体系设计准备流程,MDZ公司战略分析和绘制战略规划图,编制MDZ公司的公司、部门、个人不同层面绩效计划、并反馈和修正MDZ公司平衡计分卡绩效管理体系。第五部分是对MDZ公司实施绩效管理体系的运行及保障措施的论述。第六部分是本文的结论,归纳总结了本次研究获得的结论。 | |
| 英文摘要: | With the reform and the development of economy, paper publishing enterprises need to establish a set of strategy-oriented, performance evaluation index system. It will be able to effectively undertake the daily management and enterprise strategy. The Balance Scorecard is proven to be an effective tool for scientific performance management, and can enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises. From the stage of strategic analysis, draw the strategy map, prepare the Balance Scorecard of Company , Department and Staff at all levels, to feedback and fix the Balanced Scorecard, Corporate strategy can run through all aspects of performance management. This is important for paper-based publishing enterprises. This thesis takes MDZ company as the research object. Through analyzing the status and performance management level of MDZ company, using the theory and method of the Balanced Scorecard performance management system, designed MDZ company's performance management system. This thesis is divided into six parts: The first part is an introduction of the background and significance of this study. The main content, ideas, methods are discussed. In second part, related theories are reviewed. The third part analyzes the MDZ company profile and status, performance management problems, and discusses the necessity to implement the Balanced Scorecard performance management system. The forth part is the focus of this thesis, the main contents include the Balanced Scorecard performance management system for process design, analysis and draw the strategy map of MDZ company strategy, preparation of MDZ company, Department, individual level performance plan, and feedback and correction of MDZ balanced scorecard performance management system. The fifth part discussed the operation and guarantee measures of the implementation of performance management system of MDZ. The sixth part is the conclusion, summarizes the conclusions. The fourth part is the MDZ companies implement performance management system operation and safeguards discussed. The fifth part is the conclusion in this study. | |
