中文摘要：	改革开放后，我国经济开始了长达三十年的高速增长，在这个过程中，之前很弱小的民营经济迅猛发展，逐步发展壮大，已经成为了我国国民经济很重要的组成部分之一。但是在民营企业的发展中也逐渐暴露出了很多问题，其中融资难是最为突出的。民营企业融资难不是某一个原因导致，其形成的原因很复杂，既有我国早期实行计划经济遗留下来的老思想，老传统左右，也有政府当局在这方面政策方针的不够完善，不够与时俱进的因素，另外企业自身也存在很多问题，很多不足，导致了商业银行不愿意对民营企业放贷的情况。发现了问题，就必须要想办法解决问题。由于政策方针，指导思想等往往具有很强的惯性，因此民营企业融资的大环境短期内很难有明显改善。企业只能从自身出发,根据企业所处不同发展阶段,针对不同时期融资需求不同去制定合理适当的融资战略,寻求充足的资金来支持的企业发展。在这个过程中民营企业可以借鉴有成功经验的企业的做法，再结合自己本身的实际情况，去其糟粕，取其精华，为自身量身定做出一套符合自己实际需要的融资策略。本文以我国民营企业为研究对象，以民营企业不同发展阶段不同融资策略为重点，详细介绍了我国民营企业融资难的现状，分析了形成融资难的成因，系统地回顾了企业生命周期理论和企业融资策略等理论，阐述了民营企业各个发展阶段的特点及融资需求特征，建议企业在成熟理论的指导下根据自身不同时期具体情况制定相应的融资策略。本文以北京大北农科技集团股份有限公司为实际案例，详尽介绍了其在不同时期采用不同融资策略以使得不断发展壮大并最终成功完成上市的过程，为其他企业提供了一个很好的可借鉴的成功案例。通过论证，说明民营企业应当在期待外部环境改善的同时，首先应从自身着手改善目前融资难的困境，要积极学习相关理论，认真分析企业自身的优势和劣势，对企业未来的发展有一个较为清晰的规划并明确每个时间的融资需求，将企业实际与即时需求相结合，选择最合理的融资方式来为企业筹集所需资金。争取将融资计划升级成融资战略，从更高的角度来看待融资。
英文摘要：	After the reform and opening-up in China, the China's economics has experienced its rapid growth for nearly 30 years. The private economy which was very weak in the past has changed a lot during the days, it is booming and developing into very important part of our national economy. But it also exposed many issues from the development of the private enterprises, during which, the financing difficulty is becoming the highlighting one. The reasons are various and complicated, not only the old thought from the planned economy of early days, but also the imperfection and insufficient updates of the supporting policies from the current government. Furthermore, the enterprises themselves have lots of problems need to be solved, they are becoming the obstacles to the commercial banks of their loan services. We have to figure out the problems and to fix them.Due to the policy, guiding ideology, often have very strong inertia, so the private enterprise financing environment in the short term is difficult to have improved significantly.Enterprise can only start from their own, according to the enterprise in different stages of development, different financing needs for different periods to make reasonable and appropriate financing strategy, seeking to sufficient funds to support enterprise development.In the process of the private enterprises can draw lessons from successful experience of the practice of enterprises, combining the actual situation of their own, to its dregs, takes its essence, for their own to suit a tailored to their actual need of financing strategy. This article is using the private enterprises as our researching objects by attaching great importance of the different financing difficulties on different developing stages, makes detailed introduction of the current situations of the financing difficulty which are existing in private enterprises, analyzes the causes and scientifically reviews enterprise's life cycle theory and financing strategies. It is also setting forth the traits of different developing stages of the private enterprises and their financing requirements, recommending these enterprises should guide themselves to make the corresponding tactics by their specific circumstance. Beijing Dabeinong Technology Group Co.,Ltd is the practical case in this paper, it is a very good example, which detailedly stated how to use different financing strategy to successfully become a public listed company. It illustrates that the private enterprises themselves should improve the situation of the financing difficulty when they are expecting the perfection of the external conditions. The enterprise has to study the correlation theory, analyze the advantages and disadvantages, make a clear and definite plan according to the financing demands, combine the real needs and instant needs together to choose the best and reasonable financing way to raise fund. It must try the best to promote the financing plan into the financing strategy, then can look upon this issue from a higher point of view.
