| 中文摘要: | 20多年来,旅游高等教育取得了有目共睹的成绩,初步形成了专科、本科、硕士研究生、博士研究生并存的格局。然而作为旅游高等人才培养主力军的旅游本科教育却处于一种十分尴尬的局面。纵然有企业用人理念与学生就业理念上的偏差,有旅游业发展时间短以及旅游学科体系尚未建立等因素的影响,但归根结底还是我国旅游本科人才培养模式出现了问题。关注和探讨中国旅游本科人才培养模式的创新和改革关系到中国旅游本科教育的存亡和发展。 通过与国外旅游本科人才进行对比不难发现,中国旅游本科人才培养在教育思想、培养目标及课程设置、师资队伍、教学内容、教学方法以及学制管理等方面都存在着问题。 人才培养模式是建立在一定的教育思想和教育理念下的,因此在构建新型人才培养模式时,首先需要对目前本科教育中的教育思想和理念进行反思,从而为构建新型人才培养模式提供理论基础。通过对教育价值和价值观的论述,作者提出了旅游本科教育价值观,同时运用知识观、师生观以及学习的建构观等相结合来指导课程设置、教学内容以及教学方法的改进。由于影响人才培养质量有四类因素-教师、学生、学校和校外,本文从政府、用人单位、高校、教师、学生五个主体的角度构建基于旅游本科教育价值观的旅游本科人才培养模式,各主体围绕培养“人才”这个目标,通过输入、输出关系构成一个有机系统,同时将全面质量管理应用到旅游本科人才培养模式中。 | |
| 英文摘要: | In the past more than 20 years, tourism higher education has made obvious progress and formed a structure with level in technology, undergraduate, master and doctor. However, as the main stream of tourism higher education, tourism undergraduate education has entered a jam in recent years. Although there are reasons like conflicts between concepts of corporate recruitment and students’job-hunting, short development history as well as the uncreated tourism subject structure and etc., the root reason is tourism undergraduate talents cultivation mode. To study and analyze tourism cultivating mode would influence future development of China Tourism Undergraduate Education. By comparing with foreign tourism undergraduate cultivation modes, we can easily find serious problems in chains such as educational concept, cultivation objectives, teaching contents and methods and students’management and etc. The cultivation mode is based on a certain kind of educational concept and theory. Thus, when constructing a new cultivation mode, we must learn the problems in current educational concepts. Through the description of education value, this thesis brings forward the tourism education concept. Meanwhile, the thesis uses the educational knowledge view, teacher & students view, construction view to improve cultivation process. Since there are four elements to influence the quality of talents cultivation, this thesis constructs the new mode from five main bodies that are the government, the company, the university, the teacher and the student. At the end of the thesis, the thesis uses full-scale quality management to make some improvements. | |
