中文摘要:持续改进作为一种平稳地、有效地提高企业绩效的方法,由来已久。二战期间,它为美国军事工业发展发挥了极大作用。战后,它又帮助日本企业取得世人瞩目的成就。因此,几十年来持续改进一直是实践和理论热门,很多企业因此而受益,理论上也百花齐放。其作用毋庸置疑。但是,很多企业的持续改进以失败告终。究其原因,绝大多数经验和理论都有特殊性,应用时往往不合时宜。从更基本的、更普遍的视角研究持续改进,才更有意义。通过回顾相关理论,提出本研究的两个基本问题:“持续改进改进什么”,“持续改进如何不断运行”。处理好它们,企业在持续改进中,阻力将大大减少,能够形成良性循环。F公司开展持续改进活动超过20年,不断取得成功。其改进活动多样,改进系统完善,作为案例,既有典型性,又有普遍性。通过考察,本文将F公司在持续改进中“改进什么”偏差引起的问题归为三类。并从“如何定义持续改进的改进集合”、“怎样扩展持续改进的改进集合”两个方面进行探讨。结合相关系统和持续改进理论,推出持续改进改进集合概念和理论,分析了F公司所遇三类问题,阐述了其解决方法,并提出了一系列管理建议。这样就回答了第一个基本问题。对第二个基本问题,本文对F公司持续改进运作系统进行了深入研究,提出该系统的六项主要功能。运用整合的系统动力、功能耦合、目的手段分析方法,指出该系统由五个子系统功能耦合而成,并提出持续改进系统的功能耦合模型。结合F公司实例,逐一分析了各子系统的功能和构成,以及它们之间的相互联系和影响,并给出各子系统模型,整合后的持续改进系统模型和包括F公司实例的检查表。该问题得到解决。为了进一步理清F公司持续改进系统如何运行,本文从过程角度对2012年F公司的ZC生产线持续改进工作进行了分析,建立了持续改进过程模型,将持续改进系统要求的各项工作有机排列组合,并进行了详细的说明。最后,指出ZC生产线持续改进成功的原因是正确处理了两个基本问题,从而降低了持续改进过程中的阻力,形成良性循环。本文对相关理论和F公司案例进行了深入研究,提出并回答了两个具有普遍意义的基本问题,给出一系列建议、模型和工具。只有处理好这两个问题,企业才能减少在持续改进中的阻碍,形成良性循环,真正走上持续改进之路,取得长期成功。 
英文摘要:Continuous improvement is taken as one method to help improve the enterprise performance steadily and effectively for a lot of years. In World War II, It played a tremendous role in American military industry development. After the war, it helped Japanese enterprises get the great achievement. Thus, it is the tide in practice and theory for tens of years. Many enterprises succeed from it and a number of theories are generated. It is believed valuable with no doubt. But failure happened in many companies’ continuous improvement programs. From the study, it is found most of the experience and theory is not general at all and not suitable when it is used without reasonable conversion. So if continuous improvement is studied from more basic and more common view, it could be helpful for more enterprises. In the paper, the relative theory is reviewed and two basic questions are raised from the summary. One is “What should be the improvement in continuous improvement”. The other is “How the continuous improvement could run for one long time”. With the good answers and right actions, the resistance can be reduced sharply during continuous improvement and one positive cycle can be made. F Company runs continuous improvement over twenty years and succeeds always. Different kinds of continuous improvement programs it has implemented and one perfect continuous improvement system it has. As the case, not only typical, but also general it is. From study, three typical categories of problems are summarized if deviation exists in the understanding of what should be the improvement in F Company continuous improvement. To resolve the problems, the definition about the improvement set of continuous improvement and the ways of the improvement set extension shall be studied. Based on relative system and continuous improvement theory, the definition and theory of the set is deduced. Then the three category problems are analyzed with it and the solutions of F Company are given. Finally, with some management proposal proposed, the first basic question is answered well. For the second basic question, one study is performed on the continuous improvement system of F Company. Six main functions of the system are pointed out. System dynamics analysis, function coupling analysis and purpose-method analysis are integrated together as one systematic analysis method which is used for this study. It points out the system is constituted of five sub-systems. They work together by function coupling. And the function coupling model of the system is presented. With the F Company case, the sub-system’s function and constitution are analyzed one by one and the model is given. Then with the analysis of relationship and interaction among the sub-systems and daily operation system, the model of continuous improvement is obtained from integration of the sub-system models. The checklist with instance from F Company is summarized as one management tool. The answer of the second question has been gotten. To understand how F company continuous improvement system runs, the paper analyzes the ZC production line continuous improvement practice in 2012 from process view and setup the continuous improvement process model. The model arranges and organizes the actions required by the continuous improvement system, and it gives detailed description. Finally, it points out the reasons of ZC production line success in continuous improvement. With the guidance of the answers of the two basic questions, a lot of issues are handled very well. The resistance is reduced obviously, and it makes its continuous improvement into one positive cycle. Through the study of the relative theory and the case about F Company, the paper has raised and answered the two basic questions which are valuable generally. And a series of suggestions, models and tools are given. Only with the right answers, the resistance can be reduced and the positive cycle can be made. The enterprises can run continuous improvement better and will succeed from it for one long time.
