| 中文摘要: | 当今社会一个机遇与挑战并存的社会,是一个优胜劣汰、适者生存的社会,同样也是人力资源竞争的社会。“人”是企业在激烈的市场竞争中,获得竞争优势的最重要和最宝贵的资源。随之而来,绩效考核作为现代企业人力资源管理的重要模块之一,也日益受到企业管理者的重视与关注。面对日新月异的社会环境,现代企业如何建立一套高效实用的绩效考核体系,如何发挥绩效考核的功能和作用,以促进企业的发展及其战略目标的实现,这正是本文要研究与解答的主要问题。本文以绩效考核相关理论为基础,以T企业这一垃圾发电企业为典型案例,运用案例分析法,把绩效考核理论中的“目标管理、平衡计分卡及关键绩效指标”综合运用到了T企业绩效考核的实践中去,力图构建一套适合T企业自身特点的、行之有效的绩效考核体系。本文的创新之处在于以新能源行业这一对人员素质要求相对较高且发展历史相对较短、发展速度相对较快的行业为切入点,以构建T企业绩效考核体系为主线,试图构建一套适合新能源行业尤其是垃圾焚烧发电企业的绩效考核体系,并希望以此为国内同类企业提供一些参考和借鉴。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Nowadays, our society is the society which with opportunities and challenges, also is the society for the survival of fittest, further more, is the society of keen human resources competition. “People” is the most treasure resources to obtain competitive advantage in the drastic market competition. Along with keen competition thorough, performance evaluation as one of the most important module in human resources management system was attached great importance by more and more enterprisers. Facing the rapid change of social environment, modern enterprise must ponder a series of strategic questions: How to establish a series of efficient and practical performance evaluation system? How to implement the performance evaluation systems to improve management efficiency? How to realize the enterprise strategy? This research gives the solution of above questions. In view of above questions, this research based on relative performance evaluation theories, taking “T” enterprise as a typical waste to energy project, putting the theoretical knowledge “Management By Objects, Balanced Score Card and Key performance indication” into real practice, tries to establish a efficient performance evaluating system for T enterprise. The innovation of this research is that based on relative theories, finding the new energy enterprise as the starting point of the problem-solving, establishing a performance evaluation system as a master line, tries to give the certain reference value to this kind of domestic enterprise | |
